Description
Claims (20)
- 第一の通路及び第二の通路と流体的に連通した室を含む弁本体と、
前記室の中に配設されたダイヤフラムと、
前記第一の通路内に少なくとも部分的に配設されたテーパー付きの弁座部材と、
前記弁座部材と前記第一の通路との間の流体密のシールを維持するために、当該弁座部材内にて当該弁座部材と当該第一の通路との間に圧縮して配設されたスリーブと、
前記第一の通路と前記第二の通路との間の流体の流量を制御するために、前記ダイヤフラムを制御可能に付勢して前記弁座部材と係合状態にし且つ非係合状態にする、可動な弁部材とを備える、ダイヤフラム弁。 - 請求項1に記載の弁において、前記第一の通路は、前記弁座部材を受け入れる少なくとも1つの座ぐり穴を含む、弁。
- 請求項2に記載の弁において、前記少なくとも1つの座ぐり穴は同心状である、弁。
- 請求項3に記載の弁において、前記少なくとも1つの座ぐり穴は、少なくとも2つのリッジ部を画成する、弁。
- 請求項1に記載の弁において、前記弁座部材は重合系である、弁。
- 請求項1に記載の弁において、前記弁座部材は、当該弁座部材を前記第一の通路内に取り付ける間、当該第一の通路と前記スリーブとの間にて塑性変形し且つ圧縮される、弁。
- 請求項1に記載の弁において、前記スリーブは拡がった端部を含む、弁。
- 請求項1に記載の弁において、前記スリーブの一端は、前記第一の通路に形成された基部に当接する、弁。
- 請求項7に記載の弁において、前記拡がった端部は、前記第一の通路に形成された基部に当接する、弁。
- 請求項1に記載の弁において、前記スリーブは、前記弁座部材と異なる材料から成る、弁。
- 請求項10に記載の弁において、前記スリーブの膨張/収縮率は、前記弁座部材の膨張/収縮率よりも小さい、弁。
- 第一の通路及び第二の通路と流体的に連通した室を含む弁本体を提供するステップと、
弁部材を前記弁本体内に挿入するステップと、
前記弁部材と前記第一の通路及び前記第二の通路の間にてダイヤフラムを前記室の中に挿入するステップと、
スリーブをテーパー付きの弁座部材内に挿入するステップと、
前記弁座部材と前記第一の通路との間に流体的に密のシールを提供するために、前記スリーブと当該第一の通路との間に圧縮して配設された当該弁座部材を当該第一の通路内に少なくとも部分的に挿入するステップとを備え、
前記弁部材は、前記第一の通路と前記第二の通路との間の流体の流量を制御するために、前記ダイヤフラムを制御可能に付勢して前記弁座部材と係合状態にし且つ非係合状態にするよう可動である、ダイヤフラムの製造方法。 - 請求項12に記載の方法において、スリーブをテーパー付き弁座部材内に挿入する前記ステップは、前記弁座部材を前記第一の通路内に少なくとも部分的に挿入する前記ステップの前に行なわれる、方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記第一の通路を損傷させることなく、前記スリーブ及び弁座部材を除去するステップを更に含む、方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記弁座部材を前記第一の通路内に少なくとも部分的に挿入する前記ステップは、当該弁座部材を当該第一の通路と前記スリーブとの間にて塑性変形させ且つ圧縮する、方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記スリーブは拡がった端部を含む、方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記スリーブの一端は、前記第一の通路に形成された基部と当接する、方法。
- 請求項16に記載の方法において、前記拡がった端部は、前記第一の通路に形成された基部と当接する、方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記スリーブは、前記弁座部材と異なる材料から成る、方法。
- 請求項19に記載の方法において、前記スリーブの膨張/収縮率は、前記弁座部材の膨張/収縮率よりも小さい、方法。
