Abstract
Description
専用でなければならない。人間被検体に適用されるとき、組織体の甚大な複雑性は、結果として、他の物体による分析対象物信号の干渉、更に時間に渡って、又は人の間で変化し得る他の変数による分析対象物信号の干渉ももたらし得る。非侵襲性測定システムは、被検体の皮膚を通じて分析対象物濃度を測定することが必要とされる。皮膚の健康状態、例えば色、表面粗さ、及び水分は個人の間でかなり変化し、これらの皮膚変化は、多くの非侵襲性分析対象物濃度測定技術の場合の重大な誤り(エラー)原因になる。
前記被検体の皮膚の熱伝導率の測定値を得るための熱伝導率測定装置と、
前記熱伝導率測定値からスキンハイドレーション値を決定するためのプロセッサと
を有する非侵襲性システムに関する。
使用中、前記被検体の皮膚と熱的に接触するサーミスタと、
前記サーミスタの温度又は抵抗を所定のレベルに保持するのに十分なように電流を前記サーミスタに供給するための電流供給部と
を有し、
前記熱伝導率測定装置は、前記サーミスタに供給される前記電流に依存して、前記熱伝導率の測定値を得る。
前記皮膚の熱伝導率を非侵襲的に測定するステップと、
前記熱伝導率から前記皮膚のハイドレーションレベルを決定するステップと
を有する方法にも関する。
[グルコース濃度]=関数[体熱, 血流レート, Hb, HbO2]
で表され得る。ここで、Hb及びHbO2はそれぞれ、ヘモグロビン濃度及び酸化ヘモグロビン濃度を表す。
Claims (8)
- 被検体のスキンハイドレーションを測定するための非侵襲性システムであって、
前記被検体の皮膚の熱伝導率の測定値を得るための熱伝導率測定装置と、
前記熱伝導率測定値から前記スキンハイドレーション値を決定するためのプロセッサと
を有する非侵襲性システム。 - 前記熱伝導率測定装置は、
使用中、前記被検体の皮膚と熱的に接触するサーミスタと、
前記サーミスタの温度又は抵抗を所定のレベルに保持するのに十分なように電流を前記サーミスタに供給するための電流供給部と
を有し、
前記熱伝導率測定装置は、前記サーミスタに供給される前記電流に依存して、前記熱伝導率の測定値を得る
請求項1に記載の非侵襲性システム。 - 血液分析対象物濃度を検出するための非侵襲性システムにおいて構成される請求項1に記載の非侵襲性システム。
- 血液分析対象物濃度を検出するための前記システムは、
分光デバイスと、
光音響デバイスと、
代謝熱整合法に基づいて血液グルコース濃度を決定するためのデバイスと
のうちの一つ又はそれより多くを有する請求項3に記載の非侵襲性システム。 - スキンハイドレーティング手段を有する請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の非侵襲性システム。
- 前記スキンハイドレーションが所定のレベルで保持され得るように前記スキンハイドレーションを測定するための前記非侵襲性システムは、制御ループにおいて前記スキンハイドレーティング手段に接続される請求項5に記載の非侵襲性システム。
- 前記測定される分析対象物濃度はグルコース濃度である請求項3に記載の非侵襲性システム。
- スキンハイドレーションを測定するための方法であって、
皮膚の熱伝導率を非侵襲的に測定するステップと、
前記熱伝導率から前記皮膚のハイドレーションレベルを決定するステップと
を有する方法。
