Abstract
Description
Claims (26)
- 動力源に操作可能に連結された複数の昇降ラムと、
昇降ラムを制御するために動力源に操作可能に連結された制御部と、及び、
建設要素又はその部分の下で伸びる少なくとも1つの細長い伸縮自在な昇降レールであって、建設要素を所定の高さまで揚げるために、複数の昇降ラムのうちの少なくとも1つの昇降ラムに連結する昇降レールと、
を備える建設システム。 - 各昇降レールは、建設要素の一部を受け入れて固定する、少なくとも1つの据付け要素を備える請求項1に記載の建設システム。
- 少なくとも1つの昇降ラムに各昇降レール連結するための着脱可能な据付けブラケットを更に備える請求項1に記載の建設システム。
- 各昇降レールは、荷重を受ける前に昇降レールの少なくとも一部に初期張力を導入する張力導入機器を更に備える請求項1に記載の建設システム。
- 張力導入機器は、昇降レールの長さ方向に沿った2つの分離したポイント間に伸びる少なくとも1つのケーブル又はチェーンを備える請求項4に記載の建設システム。
- 張力導入機器は、少なくとも1つのケーブル又はチェーンの張力を変化させるために2つの分離されたポイントの中間に張力導入部材を備える請求項4に記載の建設システム。
- 張力導入機器は、昇降レールの長さ方向に沿って移動可能である請求項4に記載の建設システム。
- 建設要素は、屋根構造又はその一部、床構造又はその一部、のうちの1つ又はそれ以上である請求項1に記載の建設システム。
- 昇降ラムは、水圧式、空気圧式、電気式、機械式のうちの何れかである請求項1に記載の建設システム。
- 動力源は、水圧ポンプ、空気圧ポンプ、発電機のうちの何れかである請求項1に記載の建設システム。
- 1つか又はそれ以上の昇降レールの下に、1つか又はそれ以上の鋏リフトを更に備える請求項1記載の建設システム。
- 1つか又はそれ以上の鋏リフトは、各鋏リフトのテーブルの上昇が複数の昇降ラムの上昇に同期するように、動力源に操作可能に連結される請求項1に記載の建設システム。
- 建設要素又はその一部の下に少なくとも1つの細長い伸縮自在な昇降レールを伸ばし、
各昇降レールを、複数の昇降ラムのうちの少なくとも1つの昇降ラムに連結し、当該各昇降ラムは動力源に連結し、
建設要素を、動力源に操作可能に連結された制御部を介して複数の昇降ラムを伸ばすことで所定の高さまで揚げる建設方法。 - 建設要素の一部とともに各昇降レールを据付け要素に連結することを更に含む請求項13に記載の建設方法。
- 昇降レールに連結した据付け要素の補助により建設要素を配置することを更に含む請求項13に記載の建設方法。
- 着脱可能な据付けブラケットとともに各昇降レールを少なくとも1つの昇降ラムに連結することを更に含む請求項13に記載の建設方法。
- 昇降レールが荷重を受ける前に張力導入機器により昇降レールの少なくとも一部に初期張力を導入することを更に含む請求項13に記載の建設方法。
- 張力導入機器は、昇降レールの長さ方向に沿った2つの分離したポイント間に伸びる少なくとも1つのケーブル又はチェーンを備える請求項17に記載の建設方法。
- 2つの分離したポイントの中間の張力導入部材により少なくとも1つのケーブル又はチェーンの張力を変化させることを更に含む請求項13に記載の建設方法。
- 1つ又はそれ以上の昇降レールの下の1つ又はそれ以上の鋏リフトを伸ばすことを更に含む請求項13に記載の建設方法。
- 1つ又はそれ以上の鋏リフトを伸ばすことは、複数の昇降ラムを伸ばすことに同期させることを更に含む請求項20に記載の建設方法。
- 細長い伸縮自在な昇降レールを建設システムの昇降ラムに連結する着脱可能な据付けブラケットであって、
昇降ラムの端部を受け入れるための止められた端部を有する中空部材と、
細長い伸縮自在な昇降レールを受け入れるために中空部材に連結し、拘束板内で昇降レールの回転を回避する拘束板と、
を備える据付けブラケット。 - 中空部材と拘束板との間に伸びるウェブを更に備える請求項22に記載の建設システム。
- ウェブは、荷重を受ける前に昇降レールの少なくとも一部に初期張力を導入するための連結可能なケーブル又はチェーンを通す開口を備える請求項23に記載の建設システム。
- 建設要素を建設システムの細長い伸縮自在な昇降レールに連結する据付け要素であって、
細長い伸縮自在な昇降レールを摺動可能に受け入れる中空部材と、
中空部材を細長い伸縮自在な昇降レールに固定する締付け要素と、及び、
建設要素の一部を受け入れるために中空部材と連結する拘束板と、
を備える据付け要素。 - 中空部材は、細長い伸縮自在な昇降レールをそれぞれ受け入れるために、角度を持って隣接する一対の中空アームを備える請求項25に記載の建設システム。
