Abstract
Description
a)有機溶剤中の重縮合反応性樹脂の溶液を準備する段階、
b)この溶液を重縮合反応性樹脂のための硬化触媒と混合し、かつ反応性成分をゲルの形成下に硬化させる段階及び
c)有機溶剤を除去する段階
を含んでなるナノ多孔質ポリマーフォームの製造方法が見出された。
比表面積を、BET(DIN 66131)によって決定した。
テトラヒドロフラン中の10質量%Luwipal 44溶液を、37質量%塩酸と、固体を基準として質量比5:1で混合し、乾燥器中で60℃で3時間、ゲル化させた。得られたオルガノゲルを室温で空気中で乾燥させた。得られたキセロゲルの水銀多孔度測定は、1000nm未満の孔径を有する主細孔容積割合を有する80%の全多孔度を示した。比表面積は170m2/gであった。
アセトン中10質量%Luvipal 44溶液を、37質量%塩酸と、固体を基準として質量比5:1で混合した。ゲル化を、乾燥器中で60℃及び3時間で行った。得られたオルガノゲルを空気中で乾燥させた。水銀多孔度測定は、1000nm未満の孔径を有する主細孔容積割合を有する86%の全多孔度を示した。比表面積は25m2/gであった。
テトラヒドロフラン中の10質量%Luvipal 44溶液を、p−トルエンスルホン酸と、固体を基準として質量比5:1で混合し、混合物30mlにつき完全脱塩水1gと混合した。ゲル化を、乾燥器中で60℃で3時間行った。得られたオルガノゲルを空気中で乾燥させた。ナノ多孔質ポリマーフォームの水銀多孔度測定は、1000nm未満の孔径を有する主細孔容積割合を有する75%の全多孔度を示した。比表面積は82m2/gであった。
Claims (9)
- ナノ多孔質ポリマーフォームの製造方法であって、次の段階:
a)有機溶剤中の重縮合反応性樹脂の溶液を準備する段階、
b)この溶液を重縮合反応性樹脂のための硬化触媒と混合し、かつ反応性成分をゲルの形成下に硬化させる段階及び
c)有機溶剤を除去する段階
を含んでなるナノ多孔質ポリマーフォームの製造方法。 - 重縮合樹脂−反応性樹脂として、尿素−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂又はメラミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂を使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 段階b)における重縮合反応性樹脂の硬化を、アルコールの脱離下に行う、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 重縮合反応性樹脂として、水10質量%未満と混和可能である疎水性樹脂を使用する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶剤として、常圧で120℃未満の沸点を有する、炭化水素、アルコール、ケトン、エーテル、アルキルエステル又はそれらの混合物を使用する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 段階b)における溶液が10質量%未満の含水量を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 硬化触媒として有機酸又は無機酸を使用する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法によって得ることができる、10〜1000nmの範囲内の平均孔径を有するナノ多孔質ポリマーフォーム。
- 断熱のための、請求項8記載のナノ多孔質ポリマーフォームの使用。
