Claims (10)
- 複数の相互連結孔を有する第一層と、
第一層の上に設層され、複数の非連結孔を有する第二層と
を備える膜構造であって、各非連結孔が第一層の相互連結孔の少なくとも1つと流体連通している膜構造。 - 第一層がセラミック及びポリマーからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1記載の膜構造。
- 第一層が約30%〜約50%の空隙率を有する、請求項1又は請求項2記載の膜構造。
- 第二層が、アルミニウム、チタン、ケイ素、ジルコニウム、ニオブ、タングステン、モリブデン、タンタル、これらの組合せ及びこれらの合金からなる群から選択される物質の酸化物を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の膜構造。
- 第二層が約10nm〜約100nmの厚さを有する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の膜構造。
- 前記層のうちの少なくとも1層が官能基を含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の膜構造。
- 当該膜構造が金属を含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の膜構造。
- 当該膜構造が有機材料を含む、請求項1記載の膜構造。
- 請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項の膜構造を含む分離アセンブリ。
- 複数の相互連結孔を有する第一層と、
第一層の上に設層され、複数の粗大非連結孔を有する陽極酸化アルミナを含む第二副層と
第二副層の上に設層され、複数の微細非連結孔を有する陽極酸化アルミナを含む第三副層と
を備える膜構造であって、第三副層の各微細非連結孔が第一層の相互連結孔の少なくとも1つと流体連通している膜構造。
