Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 互いに並列に接続された二以上のユニットセル及び互いに直列に接続された二以上のユニットセルを含むバッテリーコアパックの製造方法であって、
前記バッテリーコアパックは、
保護回路との接続のための接続部分を有する第1接続部材であって、前記接続部分が、前記第1接続部材のプレート本体の外面から延びる、第1接続部材と、
前記保護回路との接続のための接続部分を有する第2接続部材であって、前記接続部分が、第2接続部材のプレート本体の左外面または右外面から延び、曲げガイド溝が、第2接続部材の前記プレート本体の中央部の上縁部及び/又は下縁部に形成されている、第2接続部材と、
前記保護回路との接続のための接続部分を有する第3接続部材であって、前記接続部分は、第3接続部材のプレート本体の中央部近傍における第3接続部材の前記プレート本体の外面から延びており、曲げガイド溝が、第3接続部材の前記プレート本体の中央部の上縁部及び/又は下縁部に形成されている、第3接続部材と、の組み合わせから製造され、
前記第1接続部材は、前記ユニットセルがバッテリーコアパックの構造にしたがって横方向にしか接続されない場合に使用され、前記第2接続部材及び/又は前記第3接続部材は、前記ユニットセルを、バッテリーコアパックの構造にしたがって、横方向に接続するとともに長さ方向にも接続する場合に使用される、方法。 - 前記ユニットセルは、円柱形または円筒形のバッテリーである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1接続部材、第2接続部材および第3接続部材からなる群から選択される一以上の接続部材のプレート本体にスリットが設けられ、このスリットによって前記接続部材が前記ユニットセルの電極端子に容易に溶接され得る、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接続部材はニッケルプレートである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 横方向に並べられた前記ユニットセルは互いに並列に接続されており、長さ方向に並べられた前記ユニットセルは互いに直列に接続されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接続部分は前記プレート本体に対して30°から150°の角度をなすように形成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1接続部材および前記第2接続部材の前記接続部分は、前記第1接続部材および前記第2接続部材の前記プレート本体の端部に対して30°から60°の角度をなすように形成されており、前記第3接続部材の前記接続部分は、前記第3接続部材の前記プレート本体の端部に対して120°から150°の角度をなすように形成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1接続部材および前記第2接続部材の前記接続部分は、同じ角度で傾斜するように形成されており、前記第3接続部材の前記接続部分は、前記第1接続部材および前記第2接続部材の前記接続部分の角度と対称な角度で傾斜するように形成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接続部材の前記接続部分には曲げガイド溝が形成されており、これらの溝により前記接続部材の前記接続部分は容易に垂直に曲られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ユニットセルによって形成されるバンクの陰極端子は互いに並列に接続されており、
前記接続部材は前記バンクの前記電極端子に溶接されており、
前記バンクの前記陰極端子だけが露出され得るように、前記バンクの上端を覆う絶縁シートが前記バンクの前記陰極端子と前記接続部材との間に設けられている、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 絶縁シートが前記接続部分と前記ユニットセルのケースとの間に配置され、前記接続部分が前記ユニットセルの前記ケースと接触しないようになっている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記バッテリーコアパックは、2P−3Sライン型構造、2P−3S平面型構造、2P−4Sライン型構造、又は2P−4S平面型構造で構成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接続部材アッセンブリであって、
保護回路との接続のための接続部分を有する第1接続部材であって、前記接続部分が前記第1接続部材のプレート本体の外面から延びる、第1接続部材と、
前記保護回路との接続のための接続部分を有する第2接続部材であって、前記接続部分が第2接続部材のプレート本体の左外面または右外面から延び、曲げガイド溝が第2接続部材のプレート本体の中央部の上縁部及び/又は下縁部に形成されている、第2接続部材と、
前記保護回路との接続のための接続部分を有する第3接続部材であって、前記接続部分は、第3接続部材のプレート本体の中央部近傍における第3接続部材の前記プレート本体の外面から延び、曲げガイド溝が第3接続部材のプレート本体の中央部の上縁部及び/又は下縁部に形成されている、第3接続部材と、を含み、
前記第1接続部材、前記第2接続部材および前記第3接続部材の組み合わせから、互いに並列に接続されたユニットセル及び互いに直列に接続されたユニットセルを含むバッテリーコアパックが製造される、接続部材アッセンブリ。 - 前記ユニットセルは円柱形または円筒形のバッテリーである、請求項13記載の接続部材アッセンブリ。
- 前記第1接続部材、前記第2接続部材および前記第3接続部材からなる群から選択される一以上の接続部材のプレート本体にスリットが設けられ、このスリットにより、前記接続部材が前記ユニットセルの電極端子に容易に溶接され得る、請求項13記載の接続部材アッセンブリ。
