- 熱励起に応じて電子を放出する作用をなすバリウムフリー金属酸化物を含有し、該金属酸化物が酸化カルシウム、酸化ストロンチウム、酸化マグネシウム及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、バリウムフリー金属酸化物組成物。
- 前記金属酸化物が酸化カルシウムを含有する、請求項1記載のバリウムフリー金属酸化物組成物。
- 酸化カルシウムが全バリウムフリー金属酸化物組成物の約20重量%超の量で存在する、請求項2記載のバリウムフリー金属酸化物組成物。
- 酸化カルシウムが全バリウムフリー金属酸化物組成物の約50重量%超の量で存在する、請求項2記載のバリウムフリー金属酸化物組成物。
