〔発明の背景〕
ハンドピース／医療用超音波ブレード組立体を含む医療器具が知られている。ハンドピースは、超音波トランスデューサを含む。この組立体の超音波ブレードは、振動波腹の近傍でのネジ結合（ブレードの雌ネジとハンドピースの雄ネジ）のみによって、組立体のハンドピースに物理的に接触してハンドピースに接続されている。このネジ結合は、ブレードに取り付けるために複数回の回転を必要とし、ブレードに正確に取り付けるためにトルク制限装置を必要とし、ネジが剥離または損傷しやすい。振動波腹でブレードをハンドピースに接触させるが、振動波節でこれら２つの部材を互いに保持する力を付与するクイック接続が知られている。このクイック接続は、広範な入力に対して確実には機能しないため、使用されなかった。

- ハンドピース／医療用超音波ブレード組立体を含む超音波医療器具において、
前記ハンドピース／医療用超音波ブレード組立体は、
（ａ）振動波腹と、
（ｂ）ハンドピースと、
（ｃ）医療用超音波ブレードと、
を含み、
前記医療用超音波ブレードは、前記振動波腹の近傍で前記ハンドピースによってネジ結合されており、
前記医療用超音波ブレードは、前記医療用超音波ブレードが前記ハンドピースによってネジ結合されている部分から離隔して、前記振動波腹の近傍で前記ハンドピースと超音波伝達可能に物理的に接触している、
超音波医療器具。 - 請求項１に記載の超音波医療器具において、
前記医療用超音波ブレードは、長手方向軸を有する第１の接続部材を含み、
前記ハンドピースは、
第２の接続部材であって、前記長手方向軸に実質的に同軸的に整合しており、かつ、前記振動波腹の近傍で前記第１の接続部材と超音波伝達可能に物理的に接触している、第２の接続部材、を含み、
前記ハンドピースは、
第３の接続部材であって、前記第２の接続部材を取り囲んで、回転可能に取り付けられるかまたは固着されており、前記振動波腹の近傍で前記第１の接続部材にネジ結合されている、第３の接続部材、を含む、
超音波医療器具。 - 請求項２に記載の超音波医療器具において、
前記第１の接続部材は、前記医療用超音波ブレードと一体でその一部であり、
前記ハンドピースは、超音波トランスデューサ、および前記超音波トランスデューサに機能的に接続された突出部を含み、
前記第２の接続部材は、前記突出部と一体でその一部である、
