Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明整体上涉及医疗器械,更具体而言,本发明涉及一种超声医疗器械和一种医疗器械连接组件。
背景技术
已知的医疗器械包括手持件和医疗超声刀组件。手持件包括超声换能器。该组件的超声刀在靠近振动腹点处与该组件的手持件物理接触,并且仅通过螺纹连接(刀上的内螺纹和手持件上的外螺纹)连接到该组件的手持件上。这需要多次旋转以安装刀,需要转矩限制装置来正确地安装刀,并且螺纹易于剥离或损坏。已知的快速连接方式使刀在振动腹点处接触手持件,并且在振动节点处提供力以将两个构件保持在一起。这对于较大范围的输入来说无法可靠地工作并且不能实施。
科学家和工程师仍然在探寻改进的手持件和医疗超声刀组件,以及改进的医疗器械连接组件。
发明内容
本发明的一种实施方式的第一种表现形式是一种超声医疗器械,其包括手持件和医疗超声刀组件。所述手持件和医疗超声刀组件包括:振动腹点、手持件和医疗超声刀。所述医疗超声刀在靠近所述振动腹点处能与所述手持件螺纹接合。所述医疗超声刀在靠近所述振动腹点并且远离所述医疗超声刀与所述手持件螺纹接合的位置处与所述手持件超声传输物理接触。
本发明的一种实施方式的第二种表现形式是一种用于传输超声振动的医疗器械连接组件,其包括:超声医疗器械第一连接构件、超声医疗器械第二连接构件和超声医疗器械第三连接构件。所述第一连接构件能够超声振动并且具有纵向轴线。所述第二连接构件能够被定位成与所述纵向轴线基本上共轴对准并且与所述第一连接构件超声传输物理接触。所述第三连接构件围绕且可旋转地或固定地安装到所述第二连接构件上,并且能与所述第一连接构件螺纹接合。
从本发明的一种实施方式的一种或多种表现形式可以获得若干益处和优点。在一个例子中,在靠近纵向振动腹点处进行物理接触和螺纹接合(手持件上的内螺纹作用在刀的外径上)能提供改进的超声转换,而在远离物理接触处沿径向螺纹接合则允许快速连接(和拆开),而不需要多次旋转或转矩限制装置,同时能减小剥离或损坏螺纹的可能性。
本发明包括但不限于应用到直的或弯曲的超声外科刀,并且能被进一步应用在手动器械以及机器人辅助的器械中。

现在参照附图,其中,相同的附图标记表示同一部件,图1示出了本发明的第一实施方式。图1的实施方式的第一种表现形式是一种超声医疗器械8,其具有手持件和医疗超声刀组件10。所述手持件和医疗超声刀组件10包括振动腹点16、手持件12和医疗超声刀14。该医疗超声刀14在靠近振动腹点16处与手持件12螺纹接合。医疗超声刀14在靠近振动腹点16并且远离医疗超声刀14与手持件12螺纹接合的位置处与手持件12超声传输物理接触。

Claims (20)
1.一种超声医疗器械,包括手持件和医疗超声刀组件,其中,所述手持件和医疗超声刀组件包括:
a)振动腹点;
b)手持件;以及
c)医疗超声刀,所述医疗超声刀在靠近所述振动腹点处能与所述手持件螺纹接合,所述医疗超声刀在靠近所述振动腹点并且远离所述医疗超声刀与所述手持件螺纹接合的位置处与所述手持件超声传输物理接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超声医疗器械,其中,所述医疗超声刀包括第一连接构件,所述第一连接构件具有纵向轴线,所述手持件包括第二连接构件,所述第二连接构件与所述纵向轴线基本上共轴对准并且在靠近所述振动腹点处与所述第一连接构件超声传输物理接触,所述手持件包括第三连接构件,所述第三连接构件围绕并且可旋转地或固定地安装在所述第二连接构件上,并且能够在靠近所述振动腹点处与所述第一连接构件螺纹接合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的超声医疗器械,其中,所述第一连接构件是所述医疗超声刀的整体部分,所述手持件包括超声换能器和能够可操作地连接到所述超声换能器上的凸起,所述第二连接构件是所述凸起的整体部分。
4.根据权利要求2所述的超声医疗器械,其中,所述第一连接构件包括基本上面朝纵向的表面,所述表面具有锥形凹槽,所述第二连接构件具有锥形端部,所述锥形端部接合在所述锥形凹槽内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的超声医疗器械,其中,所述第一连接构件具有基本上沿横向向外延伸的环形翼,所述第三连接构件具有用于螺纹接合所述环形翼的内螺纹。
6.根据权利要求5所述的超声医疗器械,其中,所述第一连接构件具有第一腔,所述第二连接构件具有与所述第一腔流体连通的第二腔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的超声医疗器械,其中,所述第一、第二和第三连接构件共同限定鲁尔式连接器。
8.根据权利要求2所述的超声医疗器械,其中,所述第一连接构件包括基本上面朝纵向的平表面,所述第二连接构件具有与所述第一连接构件的基本上面朝纵向的平表面以对接方式接合的基本上面朝纵向的平表面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的超声医疗器械,其中,所述第一连接构件具有基本上沿横向向外延伸的环形翼,所述第三连接构件具有用于螺纹接合所述环形翼的内螺纹。
10.根据权利要求9所述的超声医疗器械,其中,所述第一连接构件具有第一腔,所述第二连接构件具有与所述第一腔流体连通的第二腔。
11.根据权利要求1所述的超声医疗器械,其中,所述医疗超声刀包括端部执行器部分,所述端部执行器部分能够与所述手持件螺纹接合。
12.根据权利要求1所述的超声医疗器械,其中,所述医疗超声刀包括近侧波导部分和远侧端部执行器部分,所述近侧波导部分能够与所述手持件螺纹接合。
13.一种用于传输超声振动的医疗器械连接组件,包括:
a)超声医疗器械第一连接构件,其能够超声振动并且具有纵向轴线;
b)超声医疗器械第二连接构件,其被设置成与所述纵向轴线基本上共轴对准,并且与所述第一连接构件超声传输物理接触;以及
c)超声医疗器械第三连接构件,其围绕并且可旋转地或固定地安装到所述第二连接构件上,并且能够与所述第一连接构件螺纹接合。
14.根据权利要求13所述的医疗器械连接组件,其中,所述第一连接构件包括基本上面朝纵向的表面,所述表面具有锥形凹槽,所述第二连接构件具有锥形端部,所述锥形端部接合在所述锥形凹槽内。
15.根据权利要求14所述的医疗器械连接组件,其中,所述第一连接构件具有基本上沿横向向外延伸的环形翼,所述第三连接构件具有用于螺纹接合所述环形翼的内螺纹。
16.根据权利要求15所述的医疗器械连接组件,其中,所述第一连接构件具有第一腔,所述第二连接构件具有与所述第一腔流体连通的第二腔。
17.根据权利要求16所述的医疗器械连接组件,其中,所述第一、第二和第三连接构件共同限定鲁尔式连接器。
18.根据权利要求13所述的医疗器械连接组件,其中,所述第一连接构件包括基本上面朝纵向的平表面,所述第二连接构件具有与所述第一连接构件的基本上面朝纵向的平表面以对接方式接合的基本上面朝纵向的平表面。
19.根据权利要求18所述的医疗器械连接组件,其中,所述第一连接构件具有基本上沿横向延伸的环形翼,所述第三连接构件具有用于螺纹接合所述环形翼的内螺纹。
