Claims (21)
- 創傷の吸引、及び/または洗浄のための装置であって、
(a)創傷直面表面を含む背面層を有する創傷包帯と、創傷直面表面の中を、及び/または、下を通過する流動体流通管に接続するための少なくとも一つの排出管とを備える流路
(b)創傷包帯と、使用時に創床に接触して位置する創傷接触体とを通じて流動体を移動させるための少なくとも一つの機器
を備え、
(c)創傷接触体は、生物分解性及び/または生体吸収性繊維状電界紡糸担体を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 背面層は創傷にわたって相対的に液密な密封または閉口を形成することが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 流動体洗浄のための、背面層の中を、及び/または、下を通過する注入管を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記注入及び/または少なくとも一つの排出管が、背面層の中を、及び/または、下を通過する位置は、前記創傷にわたって相対的に液密な密封または閉口を形成することができることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 担体の繊維状電界紡糸繊維は電界紡糸ターゲットとして創傷接触体の直接上にあり、及び付着する電界紡糸であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 担体の繊維状電界紡糸繊維は組み上げた創傷包帯の直接上にある電界紡糸であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 繊維状電界紡糸担体はナノファイバーを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 創傷の順次的吸引と洗浄が存在することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 大気圧より低い圧源または陰圧源が創傷に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 創傷の周りの領域が1.01及び100.3kPa(0.01及び0.99気圧)の間の陰圧を受けることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 創傷接触体は背面層の創傷直面表面であることを特徴とする請求項1から10のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 創傷接触体は創傷フィルターであり、該創傷フィルターは背面層の下に置かれた創傷包帯の一つの部材であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 創傷フィルターはマニホルドを規定する一つまたはそれ以上の中空体を備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 集合管を規定する一つまたはそれ以上の中空体が創傷接触体の生物分解性及び/または生体吸収性繊維状電界紡糸担体を支える創傷直面表面を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 生物分解性及び/または生体吸収性繊維状電界紡糸担体物質は、不織マット、パッド:ロール、詰め綿、織物、凍結乾燥、ゲルまたはラミネート型または物質、のグループから選ばれる物質を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から14のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 生物分解性及び/または生体吸収性繊維状電界紡糸担体は織布または何らかの支持形態の中にまたは上に電界紡糸繊維を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 生物分解性及び/または生体吸収性電界紡糸繊維は、連続的または断ち切った繊維において、直径が100nmから100μmの範囲の電界紡糸を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から16のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 担体の適した深さは、50μmから3mmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1から17のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 使用時に創傷接触体が創床に接触して位置する創傷包帯の創傷接触体上に、生物分解性及び/または生体吸収性繊維物質をエレクトロスピニングするステップを含むことを特徴とする創傷包帯の製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし18のいずれか一項に記載の装置を用いた人間以外の動物に対して創傷治癒を促進させるための創傷を扱う方法。
- 創傷に陰圧が適用された請求項1に記載の装置を用いた人間以外の動物に対して創傷治癒を促進させるための創傷を扱う方法。
