技术领域

背景技术
伤口闭合包括伤口附近的上皮和皮下组织的向内的移行。该移行通常是通过发炎过程实现的,从而血液流量增大并且激活各种功能性细胞。在发炎过程中,通过毛细管一级的闭塞停止穿过受伤或破裂血管的血液流动,在此之后开始清理和重建过程。不好的是,当伤口很大或者已经感染时该过程受到阻碍。在这种伤口中,郁积部分(即,其中具有阻碍血液流动到组织中的膨胀组织部分)接近伤口表面形成。

发明内容

根据本发明的优选方法,通过改善VAC系统所必需的泡沫垫,预先向已知的VAC疗法中添加生长因子或其它伤口治疗药剂。已经知道这些生长因子例如碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)基于自身有力的血管生成和肉芽组织形成活性来加速伤口的治疗。如已经证明的即使对于很难治疗的伤口,例如受到感染的伤口、烧伤伤口和糖尿病伤口,作为结果而发生的活性引起伤口的快速的上皮重新覆盖和收缩。通过对泡沫垫的改进和利用bFGF对其进行的预处理,因此VAC疗法与生长因子导入的结合被认为是对伤口治疗领域的重要贡献。
具体地说,本发明涉及以下方面:
1.用于伤口闭合的真空闭合系统,所述真空闭合系统包括:
泡沫垫,其能够渗透流体并且适合于放置在由伤口表面部分限定的可封闭的空间内;
导管,具有与所述泡沫垫流体连接的第一端,和与真空源流体连接的第二端,所述真空源用来通过所述导管向所述泡沫垫施加负压力,其中所述真空源为真空泵;
预处理在所述泡沫垫中的伤口治疗生长因子;和
伤口消毒盖布,用于将所述泡沫垫封闭在所述可封闭的空间内,该伤口消毒盖布包含弹性材料。
2.如第1项所述的真空闭合系统,其中所述伤口治疗生长因子包括碱性成纤维细胞生长因子。
3.如第2项所述的真空闭合系统,其中所述碱性成纤维细胞生长因子移植到所述泡沫垫中。
4.如第1项所述的真空闭合系统,其还含有预处理在所述泡沫垫中的抗菌剂。
5.如第4项所述的真空闭合系统,其中所述抗菌剂包括抗生素。
6.如前述任何一项所述的真空闭合系统,其中所述泡沫垫由多种伤口治疗因子预先进行处理。
7.如第1项所述的真空闭合系统,其中通过注射穿过所述伤口消毒盖布向所述泡沫垫引入一定剂量的伤口治疗生长因子。
8.如第7项所述的真空闭合系统,其中所述一定剂量的伤口治疗生长因子添加到用所述伤口治疗生长因子预先处理的所述泡沫垫上。
9.如第8项所述的真空闭合系统,其中所述一定剂量的伤口治疗生长因子包括与预先处理在所述泡沫垫上的所述伤口治疗生长因子相同类型的因子。

实施发明的最佳实施方式

根据本发明的优选实施方案,如现有技术中已知的那样使用泡沫垫11、伤口消毒盖布13和真空源,在1995年8月22日递交的系列号为No.08/517901的美国专利申请中有相应的描述。这里将包括权利要求和附图的系列号为No.08/517901的美国专利申请(‘901申请)的全部内容完全作为参考。另外,通过美国德克萨斯州圣安东尼奥的Kinetic Concepts,Inc.公司和/或它的子公司可以很容易地购买到这种VAC系统。
如在‘901申请中详细描述的,泡沫垫11优选地包括网状的、带有开口网格的聚氨酯或聚醚泡沫,用于在吸收的过程中为伤口流体提供良好的透过性,但在本发明中由于需要导入所需的药剂,可以包括传统的海绵纤维绷带。如已经在‘901申请中描述的,通过塑料或类似材料的软管14,泡沫垫11优选处于与真空源流体连接中,通过插入其中的疏水薄膜过滤器,真空源优选包括确实处于与真空泵流体连接的真空中的滤毒器。最后,‘901申请还描述了伤口消毒盖布13,优选包括弹性材料,至少其周围覆盖有对压力敏感的丙烯酸粘合剂,用于在伤口部位12上起密封作用。

Claims (9)
1.用于伤口闭合的真空闭合系统,所述真空闭合系统包括;
泡沫垫,其能够渗透流体并且适合于放置在由伤口表面部分限定的可封闭的空间内;
导管,具有与所述泡沫垫流体连接的第一端,和与真空源流体连接的第二端,所述真空源用来通过所述导管向所述泡沫垫施加负压力,其中所述真空源为真空泵;
预处理在所述泡沫垫中的伤口治疗生长因子;和
伤口消毒盖布,用于将所述泡沫垫封闭在所述可封闭的空间内,该伤口消毒盖布包含弹性材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的真空闭合系统,其中所述伤口治疗生长因子包括碱性成纤维细胞生长因子。
3.如权利要求2所述的真空闭合系统,其中所述碱性成纤维细胞生长因子移植到所述泡沫垫中。
4.如权利要求1所述的真空闭合系统,其还含有预处理在所述泡沫垫中的抗菌剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的真空闭合系统,其中所述抗菌剂包括抗生素。
6.如前述任何一个权利要求所述的真空闭合系统,其中所述泡沫垫由多种伤口治疗因子预先进行处理。
7.如权利要求1所述的真空闭合系统,其中通过注射穿过所述伤口消毒盖布向所述泡沫垫引入一定剂量的伤口治疗生长因子。
8.如权利要求7所述的真空闭合系统,其中所述一定剂量的伤口治疗生长因子添加到用所述伤口治疗生长因子预先处理的所述泡沫垫上。
9.如权利要求8所述的真空闭合系统,其中所述一定剂量的伤口治疗生长因子包括与预先处理在所述泡沫垫上的所述伤口治疗生长因子相同类型的因子。
