Claims (19)
- ガスタービンエンジンの燃焼器内の燃焼特性を測定する方法であって、前記燃焼器が、内部ケーシングと外部ケーシングとの間に形成されており、前記方法が、
a)前記外部ケーシングの孔に光学的に連結された投光部から前記内部ケーシングの一部に光線を放射する工程と、
b)前記外部ケーシングの孔に光学的に連結された受光部によって、前記内部ケーシングの一部から反射された前記光線の一部を受光する工程と、
を備える方法。 - 前記投光部及び前記受光部が、同一の孔に光学的に連結されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記孔が、保守点検中にタービンブレードを観察するために前記エンジンの製造者によって設けられた、既存のボアスコープ用孔である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 工程a)において、複数の離散多重化波長を有する光線を放射する工程を更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- c)前記受光部によって受光された前記光線の一部を、離散波長に逆多重化する工程と、
d)前記逆多重化された光線の少なくとも1つの離散波長を検出する工程と、
を更に備える、請求項4に記載の方法。 - e)前記少なくとも1つの検出された波長の強度に基づいて、少なくとも1つの火種の濃度を判定する工程を更に備える、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 工程e)において、複数の検出された離散波長の強度に基づいて複数の火種の濃度を判定する工程を更に備える、請求項6に記載の方法。
- f)前記火種の特定の濃度に応答して、エンジン入力パラメータを変更する工程を更に備える、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの火種の前記濃度を監視することにより、エンジンの故障を判定する工程を更に備える、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 工程a)の前に、前記内部ケーシングの前記一部の反射率を改善するために、前記内部ケーシングの前記一部を処理する工程を更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 内部ケーシングと外部ケーシングとの間の燃焼器と、
前記内部ケーシングの一部とほぼ向い合って、前記燃焼チャンバーと作用上関連付けられた、前記外部ケーシングの孔と、
前記孔に光学的に連結された投光部と受光部のペアであって、前記投光部が前記内部ケーシングの一部に対して光線を放射し、前記受光部が前記内部ケーシングの前記一部から反射された前記光線の少なくとも一部を受光するようにされた、投光部と受光部のペアと、を備える、
ガスタービンエンジン。 - 前記燃焼チャンバーと作用上関連付けられた前記外部ケーシング内の第1及び第2の孔を更に備え、前記投光部が、前記第1の孔と光学的に連結されており、前記受光部が、前記第2の孔と光学的に連結されている、請求項11に記載のガスタービンエンジン。
- 前記内部ケーシングの前記一部が、反射率を改善する処理をされている、請求項11に記載のガスタービンエンジン。
- ガスタービンエンジンの燃焼パラメータを測定する装置であって、前記ガスタービンエンジンが、内部ケーシングと外部ケーシングとの間に形成された燃焼器と、前記外部ケーシングの孔と、を備え、前記装置が、
光線を発生するレーザーと、
前記光線を放射する前記レーザーに光学的に連結された投光部と、
受光部であって、前記受光部及び前記投光部が前記ガスタービンエンジンの前記外部ケーシング内の前記孔と作用上関連付けられるようにされており、これによって、前記投光部及び前記受光部が、前記内部ケーシングの一部から光線を反射させることにより光学的に連結されている、受光部と、
を備える装置。 - 各レーザーが離散波長の光線を発生する、複数のレーザーと、
前記離散波長の光線を多重化して多重化光線にする、前記複数のレーザーに光学的に連結されたマルチプレクサであって、前記投光部に光学的に連結されているマルチプレクサと、
を更に備える、請求項14に記載の装置。 - 前記受光部に光学的に連結されたデマルチプレクサと、
前記受光部によって受光された各離散波長光線を検出する前記デマルチプレクサに光学的に連結された検出器と、
を更に備える、請求項15に記載の装置。 - 各検出器に連結されたコンピュータを更に備え、前記コンピュータが、前記検出器の出力に基づいて少なくとも1つの火種の濃度を判定するようにプログラムされている、請求項16に記載の装置。
- エンジン入力パラメータを前記少なくとも1つの火種の前記濃度の関数として制御するようにプログラムされている前記コンピュータを更に備える、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記コンピュータが、前記少なくとも1つの火種の前記濃度に基づいて、エンジンの故障を判定するようにプログラムされている、請求項18に記載の装置。
