Claims (4)
- 第1の外皮(2)、第1のセル状のコア層(16)、中間皮(17)、第2のセル状のコア層(19)、及び第2の外皮(3)を連続的に備えている複合材料構造の貫通修復方法であって、
前記外皮の一部分、前記中間皮の一部分、及び前記コア層の一部分を新しい部分(6,20,21,22,23)に置き換えるステップと、
前記第1の外皮の新しい部分(6)上及び前記第1の外皮の新しい部分(6)の周囲に剛性を有するカウンターフォーム(8)を載置するステップと、
前記複合材料構造上に前記カウンターフォームを押圧するステップと、
前記外皮の新しい部分(6,23)及び前記中間皮の新しい部分(21)を硬化するステップと、
からなる複合材料構造の貫通修復方法において、
前記硬化するステップの前に、
前記中間皮の新しい部分(21)に穴をあけるステップと、
内部コアの第1の層(20)及び第2の層(22)に含有された空気を排気するステップと、
を備えていることを特徴とする複合材料構造の貫通修復方法。 - 前記硬化するステップ及び前記排気するステップの前に、前記第1の外皮の新しい部分(6)に穴をあけるステップ(25)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料構造の貫通修復方法。
- 前記硬化するステップは2つのステップのみで実施され、
前記2つのステップのうちの第1のステップは、前記外皮の新しい部分(6)及び前記中間皮の新しい部分(21)に関し、
前記2つのステップのうちの第2のステップは、前記第2の外皮の新しい部分(23)に関し、
前記第2のコア層の新しい部分(22)及び前記第2の外皮の新しい部分(23)は両方のステップの間にセットされることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の複合材料構造の貫通修復方法。 - 前記硬化するステップが単一のステップで達成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合材料構造の貫通修復方法。
