Description
サーモサイフォン式:最も古い解決策であり、2つの変形がある。

Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つの流体を、少なくとも1つのチューブ(3;103;203;303)と少なくとも1つの波形フィン(17)とのスタックから構成された熱交換器(1;301)において気化及び/又は凝縮させる方法であって、前記フィン及び前記チューブは好ましくは互いにろう付けされており、熱交換器において、任意に凝縮させる第1流体は、少なくとも1つのチューブの内側を流れ、任意に気化させる第2流体は、フィン(17)の周りを流れ、そこで、a)第1流体が凝縮し且つ第2の流体が気化するか又はb)第1流体が気化し且つ第2流体が凝縮する方法。

- 請求項1乃至7の何れか1項記載の方法であって、前記チューブ(103;203)の内側にある交換領域は、折り曲げることによって、押出成形することによって、又は、好ましくはろう付けされた複数のインサートによって得られることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか1項記載の方法であって、前記フィン(17)は、多孔である、ストレートである、鋸歯状(部分的にオフセットした)である、ヘリンボーン状(ジグザグ)である及び/又はルーバー付きであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至9の何れか1項記載の方法であって、前記第1流体は、少なくとも1つのチューブの内側を、俯角方向に沿って流れる方法。
- 請求項10記載の方法であって、前記第1流体は、前記少なくとも1つのチューブ内で気化する流体であり、任意に凝縮させる前記第2流体は、前記フィン(17)の周りを俯角方向に流れる方法。
- 請求項10記載の方法であって、気化させるべき流体(第2流体)は、前記フィン(17)の周りを仰角方向に流れる方法。
- 請求項1乃至12の何れか1項記載の方法であって、空気に由来する少なくとも1つの液体を気化させ且つ、任意に、空気に由来する少なくとも1つの気体又は空気を凝縮させる方法。
- 請求項1乃至12の何れか1項記載の方法であって、メタン及び/又は一酸化炭素及び/又は水素を主成分として有した少なくとも1つの液体を気化させ且つ、任意に、メタン及び/又は一酸化炭素及び/又は水素を主成分として有した少なくとも1つの気体を凝縮させる方法。
- 複数の流体からなる混合物を、請求項1乃至14の何れか1項記載の方法に従って動作する少なくとも1つの熱交換器を有した少なくとも1つの塔での極低温蒸留によって分離する装置。
- 請求項15記載の装置であって、請求項1乃至14の何れか1項記載の方法に従って動作する少なくとも1つの前記熱交換器が、
−蒸留塔の内側又は外側で凝縮するガスとの熱交換により液体を気化させるリボイラ/凝縮器;又は
−サブクーラー;又は
−蒸留すべき前記混合物を精製するのに使用される精製ユニット用の再生ガスヒーター;又は
−デフレグメーター;又は
−極低温で蒸留すべき前記混合物を冷却するための通路を有した熱交換器;又は
−蒸留すべき前記混合物又は前記蒸留の製品を圧縮する圧縮機の段間部を冷却する熱交換器
である装置。 - 請求項16記載の装置であって、前記蒸留塔の内側に位置したリボイラ/凝縮器は、請求項1乃至14に記載したように動作する幾つかの交換器から構成されており、前記複数の交換器は、互いに異なる幅であり、前記塔の断面全体を塞いだ装置。
