- 前記採取凹所(16)の長さは、穿刺方向で見て、前記採取凹所(16)の近位の端部区域が穿刺時に身体部位の外部にとどまるように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のテストエレメント。
- 前記採取凹所(16)は1〜100nlの容積、好ましくは5〜50nlの容積を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のテストエレメント。
- 前記採取凹所(16)は断面が拡張した近位の端部区域を測定ゾーン(34)として有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のテストエレメント。
- 前記光導波路(18)は光ファイバまたはファイババンドルによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のテストエレメント。
- 前記光導波路(18)は光伝導性の素材から成形された前記穿刺部分(14)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のテストエレメント。
- 前記穿刺部分(14)に好ましくは二成分射出成形技術によって支持体(40)がプラスチックから一体成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のテストエレメント。
- 前記穿刺部分(14)は複数の平坦材料層(66,68)から形成されており、前記光導波路(18)は好ましくは2つの前記平坦材料層(66,68)のあいだの収容溝に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のテストエレメント。
- 前記採取凹所は体液を自動的に充填するための毛管を形成しており、該毛管の長さはその直径の数倍であることを特徴とする請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載のテストエレメント。
- 前記テスト区画は前記採取凹所の長手方向に対して横向きに向いており、それによって体液が前面から前記テスト区画に向かって流れ込むようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載のテストエレメント。
- 身体部位へ穿刺可能な穿刺部分(14)と、これに構成された、穿刺により得られた体液の採取領域(16)と、前記採取領域(16)で光学測定または電気化学測定をするための、好ましくは光導波路または電気的な条導体として構成された少なくとも1つの信号導体(18)とを備える、体液を検査するための使い捨て用品としてのテストエレメントにおいて、前記採取領域は穿刺方向に長く延びる毛管として作用する前記穿刺部分(14)の採取凹所(16)によって形成されており、前記信号導体(18)は前記穿刺部分(14)に統合されているとともに、体液中の分析物に対して反応するテスト区画(38)に結合されており、該テスト区画は前記採取凹所(16)の近位の測定ゾーン(34)で、流れ込んでくる体液に対して毛管断面を前面で少なくとも部分的に区切っていることを特徴とするテストエレメント。
- 前記穿刺部分(14)は折れ曲がったシャフトを有しており、前記光導波路ないし前記信号導体(18)は階段状に延びており、それにより前記穿刺部分(14)を第1の平面で穿刺駆動装置(26)に結合可能であるとともに、前記信号導体/光導波路を第2の平面で送信手段および/または受信手段(54,58)に結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜23のいずれか1項に記載のテストエレメント。
- 請求項1〜24のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つのテストエレメント(10)のための収容部を備えている、体液、特に血液を検査するためのテストシステム。
- 多数の前記テストエレメント(10)を備蓄しておくためのマガジン、好ましくは円盤型マガジンまたはドラム型マガジンを有していることを特徴とする請求項25記載のテストシステム。
- 前記テストエレメント(10)は穿刺駆動装置(26)によって往復する穿刺運動で駆動可能であり、該穿刺運動のときに送信手段および/または受信手段(54,58)を前記テストエレメント(10)の前記光導波路ないし前記信号導体(18)と結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項25または26記載のテストシステム。
- 前記送信手段および/または受信手段(54,58)は好ましくは駆動タペット(44)の内蔵部品として前記穿刺運動のときに前記テストエレメント(10)と一緒に可動であることを特徴とする請求項25〜27のいずれか1項に記載のテストシステム。
