Claims (12)
- ダイヤフラム(3)と、前記ダイヤフラムの近くに配置され、第1の孔(2)を備えた対極(1)と、を含む容量性音響変換器であって、
音響透過性減衰ディスク(7)が、前記ダイヤフラム(3)の近くで、前記対極(1)と対向して配置され、且つ第2の孔(8)を有し、
前記第1の孔(2)及び前記第2の孔(8)は、互いに相殺されるように設けられたことを特徴とする容量性音響変換器。 - 前記第1の孔(2)及び前記第2の孔(8)は、対極(1)の穴のあいた領域が減衰ディスク(7)の穴のあいていない領域と対向するように、互いに相殺されるように設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量性音響変換器。
- 前記第1の孔(2)及び前記第2の孔(8)は、対極(1)の穴のあいた領域のそれぞれが減衰ディスク(7)の穴のあいた領域の一部と対向するように、互いに相殺されるように設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量性音響変換器。
- 前記第1の孔(2)及び前記第2の孔(8)は、対極(1)の穴のあいた領域のそれぞれが減衰ディスク(7)の第1の穴のあいた領域の一部及び減衰ディスク(7)の第2の穴のあいた領域の少なくとも一部と対向するように、互いに相殺されるように設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量性音響変換器。
- 減衰ディスク(7)の穴のあいた領域の前記一部は、減衰ディスク(7)の穴のあいた領域のエッジ領域であることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の容量性音響変換器。
- 第2の孔(8)は、特に形、大きさ、数及び配置について、実質的に第1の孔(2)と等しい穴のあいた領域を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の容量性音響変換器。
- 種々の大きさの穴のあいた領域が、第1の孔(2)及び/または第2の孔(8)の中に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の容量性音響変換器。
- 少なくとも1組の孔(2,8)の穴のあいた領域が、回転対称に、または列を成して、またはハニカム状に、配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の容量性音響変換器。
- 前記減衰ディスク(7)は、追加の対極として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の容量性音響変換器。
- 前記減衰ディスク(7)は、前記音響変換器と電気的に接続していないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1つに記載の容量性音響変換器。
- 対極(1)とダイヤフラム(3)の間の距離は、前記減衰ディスク(7)とダイヤフラム(3)の間の距離と実質的に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1つに記載の容量性音響変換器。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか1つに記載の容量性音響変換器を備えたコンデンサマイクロホン。
