Abstract
Description
図2および図3にその例が示されている人工血管カフに関して、カフ表面からのポリマー担体なしの薬物の放出を研究するために実験を行った。実験用に選択した薬物は酢酸クロルヘキシジン(ChAc)であり、放出時間は9週間とした。実験の材料および方法には、検量線を作成し、人工血管カフを作製し、吸光度を測定することが含まれていた。これらの各々について以下に詳細に説明する。
