Description
(a)少なくとも1のジ−またはポリイソシアネート、
(b)イソシアネートと反応性の少なくとも2の基およびペンダントの親水性ポリアルキレンオキシドに基づいた基を有する少なくとも1の化合物、
(c)任意的な、イソシアネートと反応性の少なくとも2の基を有する、イソシアネートと反応性の1以上の化合物、および
(d)任意的な、イソシアネートと反応性の1の基を有する、イソシアネートと反応性の化合物
を反応させることによって、好適に調製されることができ、ここで成分(a)、(b)、または(c)のうち少なくとも1はペンダントの疎水性側基を有する。

同じ顔料の種類の参照サンプルとの顕微鏡による比較によって、顔料の凝集度は測定された。その結果が0〜10の尺度で報告され、該尺度では0は非常に激しい凝集を表し、10は凝集がないことを表す。
キュベット中のサンプルの光透過度の測定によって、サンプルの透明度は測定された。その結果が光透過度%で報告される。
光沢がByk−Gardner光沢計を用いて測定され、その結果がグロス単位で報告される。
CIE LCh体系に基づいて、彩度(C*)値が測定された。

分散性ポリウレタン樹脂の清澄な水溶液が得られた。該樹脂のアルキレンオキシド含有量は56.6重量%であり、エチレンオキシド含有量は48.9重量%であった。3級アミン含有量は22.4mgKOH/gであった。
Tegomer D 3403の686.4g、
シクロヘキシルアミン1モルとCardura E 10の2モルとの反応生成物348.4g、および
2−ブタノン125.0g
が入れられた。
これらの成分は均一になるまで撹拌され、
イソホロンジイソシアネート215.2g
が添加された。反応混合物は窒素の覆い下に120℃まで加熱され、この温度に2時間保たれた。その後、ジブチルスズジラウレート8滴が反応混合物に添加され、反応が120℃でさらに2時間続けられた。それから2−ブタノンが減圧下に留去され、環境温度までの緩やかな冷却とともに、脱イオン水2,331gが3時間にわたって添加された。非イオン性分散性ポリウレタン樹脂の清澄な水溶液が得られた。該樹脂のエチレンオキシド含有量は54重量%であった。3級アミン含有量は25.8mgKOH/gであった。
Tegomer D 3123の354.0g、
Pripol 2033の40.5g、
2−エチルヘキサノール26.0g、および
2−ブタノン90.0g
が入れられた。
これらの成分は均一になるまで撹拌され、
イソホロンジイソシアネート122.1g
が添加された。反応混合物は窒素の覆い下に110℃まで加熱され、この温度に2時間保たれた。その後、ジブチルスズジラウレート2滴が反応混合物に添加され、反応が110℃でさらに2時間続けられた。それから2−ブタノンが減圧下に留去され、環境温度までの緩やかな冷却とともに、脱イオン水1,328gが3時間にわたって添加された。非イオン性分散性ポリウレタン樹脂の清澄な水溶液が得られた。該樹脂のアルキレンオキシド含有量は65重量%であり、エチレンオキシド含有量は55重量%であった。

Claims (25)
- ペンダントの親水性ポリアルキレンオキシドに基づいた側基を有するポリウレタン骨格を有する分散性ポリウレタン樹脂であって、該ペンダントの側基が共有結合を介して該ポリウレタン骨格に結合されている分散性ポリウレタン樹脂において、該分散性ポリウレタン樹脂中のポリアルキレンオキシドの含有量が少なくとも45重量%であり、該ポリウレタンがさらに、共有結合を介して該ポリウレタン骨格に結合されているペンダントの疎水性側鎖を有することを特徴とする分散性ポリウレタン樹脂。
- 分散性ポリウレタン樹脂中のポリアルキレンオキシドの含有量が、最大でも80重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に従う分散性ポリウレタン樹脂。
- ポリアルキレンオキシドが、エチレンオキシド、プロピレンオキシド、またはこれらの混合物に基づいていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に従う分散性ポリウレタン樹脂。
- ペンダントの疎水性側基が、少なくとも4の炭素原子を有する炭化水素基を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う分散性ポリウレタン樹脂。
- ペンダントの疎水性側基が、最大でも30の炭素原子を有する炭化水素基を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項4に従うポリウレタンポリマー。
- 炭化水素基が分枝していることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に従うポリウレタンポリマー。
- ポリウレタン分散剤が、3級アミノ基を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に従う分散性ポリウレタン樹脂。
- 3級アミノ基が、酸性中和剤によって少なくとも部分的に中和されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に従う分散性ポリウレタン樹脂。
- ポリウレタン樹脂骨格が、加水分解性エステル結合を本質的に含んでいないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に従う分散性ポリウレタン樹脂。
- ペンダントの親水性ポリアルキレンオキシドに基づいた側基が、イソシアネートと反応性の少なくとも2の基およびペンダントのポリアルキレンオキシド基を有する化合物によって、該ポリウレタン中へと導入されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に従う分散性ポリウレタン樹脂。
- Rが、4〜30炭素原子を有する炭化水素基を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項11に従う分散性ポリウレタン樹脂。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に従う分散性ポリウレタン樹脂および粒子を含んでいる組成物。
- 粒子が顔料粒子であることを特徴とする、請求項13に従う組成物。
- 液状であることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に従う組成物。
- 固形であることを特徴とする、請求項14に従う組成物。
- 顔料と分散性ポリウレタン樹脂との合計重量当たり、少なくとも35重量%の少なくとも1の顔料および最大でも65重量%の分散性ポリウレタン樹脂を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項16に従う組成物。
- 疎水性樹脂の水性分散物であることを特徴とする、請求項15に従う組成物。
- a) 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に従う分散性ポリウレタン樹脂とは異なる、少なくとも1の有機の膜形成性バインダー、および
b) 少なくとも1の顔料
を含んでいる組成物であって、該組成物がコーティング組成物であることを特徴とする、請求項15に従う組成物。 - 顔料、少なくとも1の分散剤、および任意的な液状希釈剤を含んでいる液状混合物をせん断力に付する段階を含み、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に従う分散性ポリウレタン樹脂が分散剤として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項14に従う組成物を調製する方法。
- 液状希釈剤が水であることを特徴とする、請求項20に従う方法。
- a) 任意的な添加された水または有機希釈剤とともに、顔料および分散剤を含んでいる組成物を撹拌して、流動化された顔料スラリーが形成される段階、
b) 任意的に、該スラリーを粉砕する段階、および
c) 該スラリーを乾燥する段階
の段階を含み、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に従う分散性ポリウレタン樹脂が分散剤として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項16に従う組成物を調製する方法。 - 顔料が、プレスケーキの形態で用意された有機顔料であることを特徴とする、請求項22に従う方法。
- 段階c)が、凍結乾燥またはスプレー乾燥によって実施されることを特徴とする、請求項22または23に従う方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に従う分散剤樹脂を、撹拌混入された顔料の調製物を調製するために使用する方法。
