を含む、照明系であって、
該発光体は、一般式AE1−y−zLnySi3−xAlx−aBaO1+x−yN4−x+y:Euzのユーロピウムで活性化されたオキソニトリドアルミノケイ酸塩であり、
AEは、Sr、Ca、Ba、Mg及びZnの群より選択されたアルカリ土類金属であり;
Lnは、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu、及びYの群より選択されたランタニドの金属であり;
Bは、ホウ素、ガリウム及びスカンジウムの群より選択された三価の金属であり、且つ
0≦a<2、0≦x<2、0≦y≦1、0.001<z≦0.1である、照明系。 - 前記放射源は、光を放出するダイオードである、請求項1に記載の照明系。
- 前記放射源は、400から480nmまでの範囲におけるピークの放出波長を備えた放出を有する光を放出するダイオードより選択される、請求項1に記載の照明系。
- 前記ルミネッセント材料は、第二の発光体を有する請求項1に記載の照明系。
- 前記第二の発光体は、(Ca1−xSrx)S:Eu且つ0≦x≦1、並びに、(Sr1−x−yBaxCay)2−zSi5−aAlaN8−aOa:Euz且つ0≦a<5、0<x≦1、0≦y≦1及び0<z≦0.09の群より選択された赤色の発光体である、請求項4に記載の照明系。
- 放射源によって放出された光の一部を吸収すると共に該吸収された光のものと異なる波長の光を放出することが可能な発光体を含むルミネッセント材料であって、
該発光体は、一般式AE1−y−zLnySi3−xAlx−aBaO1+x−yN4−x+y:Euzのユーロピウムで活性化されたオキソニトリドアルミノケイ酸塩であり、
AEは、Sr、Ca、Ba、Mg及びZnの群より選択されたアルカリ土類金属であり;
Lnは、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu、及びYの群より選択されたランタニドの金属であり;
Bは、ホウ素、ガリウム及びスカンジウムの群より選択された三価の金属であり、
且つ0≦a<2、0≦x<2、0≦y≦1、0.001<z≦0.1である、ルミネッセント材料。 - 前記一般式AE1−y−zLnySi3−xAlx−aBaO1+x−yN4−x+y:Euzの発光体は、共活性剤としてプラセオジム(III)及びサマリウム(III)を含む、請求項6に記載のルミネッセント材料。
- 前記発光体は、0.001から10モル%までのモルの割合で前記共活性剤を含む、請求項7に記載のルミネッセント材料。
- 当該発光体は、一般式Sr1−y−zLnySi2AlO2−yN3+y:Euz且つ0≦y≦1及び0.001<z≦0.1のユーロピウム(III)で活性化されたアルカリ土類オキソニトリドアルミノケイ酸塩である、請求項7に記載の発光体。
