Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、液体媒体用の供給装置(10)であって、媒体を収容するための媒体リザーバ(20)と、媒体を媒体リザーバ(20)から供給するための出口開口部(32)と、圧力調整通路(40)に挿入された、微生物に有効なフィルタ構成(44)を有する、媒体リザーバに通じる圧力調整通路(40)とを有する供給装置に関する。本発明によれば、フィルタ構成(44)は、媒体リザーバの上部にある液体フィルタ(52)と、媒体リザーバから離れた細菌フィルタ(50)とを備える。特に、操作時に規定通りに回転して配向される供給装置に関する使用。

Claims (9)
- 液体媒体用の供給装置(10)であって、
−前記媒体を収容するための媒体リザーバ(20)と、
−前記媒体を前記媒体リザーバ(20)から供給するための出口開口部(32)と、
−圧力調整通路(40、40a〜40f)に挿入された、微生物に有効なフィルタ構成(44)を有する、前記媒体リザーバに通じる前記圧力調整通路と、
を有する供給装置(10)において、
前記フィルタ構成(44)が、前記媒体リザーバの上部にある液体フィルタ(52)と、前記媒体リザーバから離れた細菌フィルタ(50)とを備えることを特徴とする供給装置。 - 前記出口開口部(32)には、開放正圧を逃がすように開放する出口弁(34)が割り当てられており、少なくとも前記開放正圧があるまでは、前記液体フィルタ(52)に隣接する媒体が前記液体フィルタ(52)を通過できないように、前記液体フィルタ(52)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の供給装置。
- 少なくとも0.5バールの正圧があるまでは、好ましくは少なくとも1.0バールの正圧があるまでは、前記液体フィルタ(52)に隣接する媒体が前記液体フィルタ(52)を通過できないように、前記液体フィルタ(52)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の供給装置。
- 前記液体フィルタ(52)および前記細菌フィルタ(50)のそれぞれがフィルタ孔を有し、前記液体フィルタ(52)の前記フィルタ孔の平均の孔の大きさが、前記細菌フィルタ(50)の前記フィルタ孔の平均の孔の大きさよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の供給装置。
- −前記液体フィルタ(52)が、少なくとも6μmの、好ましくは少なくとも10μmの、特に少なくとも15μmの平均の孔の大きさを有し、
−前記細菌フィルタ(50)が、最大5μmの、好ましくは最大1μmの、特に最大0.2μmの平均の孔の大きさを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の供給装置。 - 前記圧力調整通路(40、40a〜40f)が、前記媒体の液体鏡の上方の定位置に、また前記媒体の前記液体鏡の下方の使用位置に配置されるように、前記圧力調整通路が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の供給装置。
- 前記液体フィルタ(52)と前記細菌フィルタ(50)とが、好ましくは少なくとも0.5mmだけ互いに離間していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の供給装置。
- 前記液体フィルタ(52)および前記細菌フィルタ(50)が、前記圧力調整通路(40、40a〜40e)に挿入されているフィルタ構成ユニット(44)の部分であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の供給装置。
- 前記圧力調整通路(40、40a〜40f)が少なくとも部分的に毛細管(40e)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の供給装置。
