上部に備えたホッパーからシャリを解しながら供給するシャリ供給部と、供給されたシャリを左右一対のターンテーブルに設けた各成形孔内に供給するシャリ分岐ローラを備えた左右二連の縦コンベア部と、各成形孔内のシャリを押圧成形型により押圧することで同時に2個ずつのシャリ玉を成形するシャリ玉成形部とを備えたシャリ玉成形装置であって、
搬送コンベアにより複数の皿支持部から一枚ずつ皿を選別してシャリ玉成形部下方のシャリ玉載せ位置に移送させる皿供給機構と、
シャリ玉成形部によって成形された各シャリ玉を皿上に載せるシャリ玉載せ機構と、
各シャリ玉を載せた皿を前記搬送コンベアによりワサビ供給部下方のワサビ供給位置に移送させ、各シャリ玉に定量のワサビを塗布するワサビ塗布機構と、
を備えて成ることを特徴とするシャリ玉成形装置。
