単一の前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムにおいて、前記複数のカーボンナノチューブが、等方的に配列されているか、所定の方向に沿って配列されているか、または、異なる複数の方向に沿って配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が、少なくとも一枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを含み、
単一の前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムにおいて、前記複数のカーボンナノチューブが、絡み合い、等方的に配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が、少なくとも二枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを含み、
前記少なくとも二枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムが積層され、
隣接する前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムにおけるカーボンナノチューブが、0°〜90°で交叉して配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が、複数のカーボンナノチューブワイヤを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記複数のカーボンナノチューブワイヤが、相互に平行に並列されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 第一配向層及び/又は第二配向層が、カーボンナノチューブ構造体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
