Abstract
【解決手段】スリーブ20を周方向の両端部が重なるように筒状に巻いた金属板から構成し、スリーブ20の外周面に、鉄骨梁10の貫通穴周縁10bと嵌合可能な周方向に延びる凹溝21を形成し、凹溝21に周方向に延びるロックウール25を配設し、スリーブ20の半径方向外方の復元力により凹溝21を貫通穴周縁10bに嵌合させるとともにロックウール25を貫通穴周縁10bに押圧し、スリーブ20の周方向の他側に、ロックウール25が貫通穴周縁10bに押圧された状態でスリーブ20の周方向の一側と当接しスリーブ20の半径方向内方の変位を阻止する切起片22を設ける。

Claims (3)
- 構築物の鉄骨梁に形成された貫通穴に挿通される梁貫通用スリーブであって、前記スリーブを周方向の両端部が重なるように筒状に巻いた金属板から構成し、前記スリーブの外周面に、前記鉄骨梁の貫通穴周縁と嵌合可能な周方向に延びる凹溝を形成し、該凹溝に周方向に延びる耐火被覆材を配設し、前記スリーブの半径方向外方の復元力により前記凹溝を前記貫通穴周縁に嵌合させるとともに前記耐火被覆材を前記貫通穴周縁に押圧し、前記スリーブの周方向の他側に、前記耐火被覆材が前記貫通穴周縁に押圧された状態で前記スリーブの周方向の一側と当接し前記スリーブの半径方向内方の変位を阻止する切起片を設けたことを特徴とする梁貫通用スリーブ。
- 前記耐火被覆材は、前記凹溝に巻きつけられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の梁貫通用スリーブ。
- 前記耐火被覆材は、ロックウールから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の梁貫通用スリーブ。
