Abstract
【解決手段】マグネトロンが、ヒータ9を含む管状の中空の陰極4を取り囲む陽極3を有する。陰極は、個々の端部において放射状のアームにより支持される。陰極の一方の端部側には、放射状のアーム5によって、ヒータに直流を供給する1つの端子が設けられ、この端子は、上記陰極の端部を支持する役割も果たす。アームは、陰極へ向けてオフセットされた部分5aを有し、ヒータの接続部と隣接する真空エンベロープの端壁1との間に導電材料のカバーが置かれる。カバーは、アームがカバーを担持できるように折り重ねた部分を有していてもよい。

Claims (8)
- 陰極と、
該陰極を取り囲む陽極と、
真空チャンバ内に存在する、前記陽極と前記陰極との間の領域と、
前記陰極の端部に直流供給接続部を有する前記陰極用のヒータと、
前記直流供給接続部と、隣接する真空チャンバの端部との間に置かれた導電材料のカバーと、
を備えることを特徴とするマグネトロン。 - 前記カバーは、前記ヒータに直流を供給するアーム上に支持される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマグネトロン。 - 前記カバーは、前記アーム上に確実に支持されるように折り重ねた領域を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマグネトロン。 - 前記直流供給接続部は、前記陰極へ向けてオフセットされた前記アームの一部に存在する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載のマグネトロン。 - 前記カバーはニッケル又はニッケル合金でできている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4に記載のマグネトロン。 - 前記ヒータは、前記陰極の中空の内部に沿って延びる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5に記載のマグネトロン。 - 前記ヒータから延びるとともに前記陰極の前記端部における絶縁スリーブを貫通するリード線を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のマグネトロン。 - 添付図面を参照しながら実質的に本明細書で説明したようなマグネトロン。
