Abstract

Claims (15)
- 容器(10)、特にプリフォーム(10)、を加熱するための装置(1)であって、マイクロ波発生器(22)とマイクロ波導体(25)とを有するマイクロ波加熱機器(20)を備えるとともに、容器(10)を輸送するための輸送機器(12)を備え、
前記装置(1)はさらに、前記容器(10)を加熱する追加の加熱機器(4)を備え、前記追加の加熱機器(4)は前記容器(10)の輸送方向において前記マイクロ波加熱機器(20)の上流に配置された予備加熱ユニット(4)であることを特徴とする装置(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記加熱機器(4)は、前記容器(10)を加熱された気流にさらす給気ユニット(6,7)を備えることを特徴とする装置(1)。 - 請求項1と2の少なくとも1つによる装置(1)であって、
前記装置(1)は、前記マイクロ波発生器(20)と熱交換連結関係にある熱交換器(8)を備えることを特徴とする装置(1)。 - 請求項1から3の少なくとも1つによる装置(1)であって、
前記加熱機器(4)は、それが前記容器(10)の局所的に異なる各領域を異なる態様で熱にさらするように設計されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から4の少なくとも1つによる装置(1)であって、
前記装置(1)は輸送機器(14)を備え、前記輸送機器は少なくとも2つの異なる温度ゾーン(16,17)を有し、その中で前記容器(10)の異なる各領域が異なる態様で加熱されることを特徴とする装置(1)。 - 請求項1から5の少なくとも1つによる装置(1)であって、
前記輸送機器(14)は輸送経路(15)を有し、その中を前記容器が輸送されることを特徴とする装置(1)。 - 請求項1から6の少なくとも1つによる装置(1)であって、
前記容器(10)のねじ山領域(10a)が加熱されないようにするための遮断機器(28)が設けられていることを特徴とする装置(1)。 - 容器を形成するためにプリフォーム(10)を膨張させるためのシステムであって、
請求項1から7の少なくとも1つによる装置と、前記容器の輸送方向において前記装置(1)の後方に配置され、圧縮空気を使って前記プリフォーム(10)を膨張させて容器を形成する吹込み機器と、を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 容器(10)が第一の輸送機器(12)によって輸送され、この輸送中に加熱のためにマイクロ波加熱機器(20)によりマイクロ波照射を受ける、容器(10)、特にプリフォーム(10)を加熱するための方法であって、
前記容器(10)は、前記マイクロ波照射を受ける前に追加の加熱機器(4)によって加熱されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8に記載の方法であって、
前記容器(10)を加熱するための前記追加の加熱機器(4)は、前記マイクロ波加熱機器(20)からの廃熱を利用することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から10の少なくとも1つによる方法であって、
前記容器(10)の異なる各領域が前記追加の加熱機器(4)によって異なる態様で加熱されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から11の少なくとも1つによる方法であって、
前記容器(10)の中の加熱されるべき領域が連続的に移動および/または加熱されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から12の少なくとも1つによる方法であって、
前記容器(10)のある領域が、前記加熱機器(4)によって加熱されないようにするように遮断されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から13の少なくとも1つによる方法であって、
前記加熱機器(4)は前記容器(10)の中央領域(10c)を、40℃から60℃、好ましくは45℃から55℃の温度に加熱することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から14の少なくとも1つによる方法であって、
前記加熱機器(4)は前記容器(10)の下側領域(10b)を、50℃から80℃、好ましくは60℃から70℃の温度に加熱することを特徴とする方法。
