Abstract
【解決手段】無接点電力送信装置の1次側充電コアから発信される電力信号によって無接点電力受信装置の2次側充電コアで電力信号の送信を受けて、電源が充電されるように電力送信を制御する。スタンバイモード段階(S01)と、無接点電力受信装置の固有ID信号を判別する固有ID判別段階(S02)と、正常の固有IDが受信された場合のフルパワー電力送信段階(S03)と、無接点電力受信装置の充電情報によって、充電の程度を調節する充電調節段階(S04)と、満充電の情報を受信したときに充電動作を停止する満充電状態段階(S05)とを備える。

Description
1)前記無接点電力送信装置の1次側充電コアを通じて、前記無接点電力受信装置の固有ID値を呼び出す呼出信号が含まれる物体感知信号を発信し、これに対する回答信号の受信を待機するスタンバイモード段階と、
2)前記1次側充電コアを通じる負荷変調によって感知された感知信号を判別し、無接点電力受信装置から発信された正常の固有ID信号が受信されたか否かを判別する固有ID判別段階と、
3)無接点電力受信装置から正常の固有IDが受信されたと判別される場合には、ゲートドライバーモジュールを通じ、1次側充電コアを通じてフルパワー送信電力信号が発信されるようにするフルパワー電力送信段階と、
4)無接点電力受信装置へ充電状態情報を要請し、返信された無接点電力受信装置の充電情報によって、充電の程度を調節する充電調節段階と、
5)無接点電力受信装置から満充電の情報を受信したときには、充電動作を停止してLCDパネルまたは充電状態LEDに満充電の状態を表示する満充電状態段階と、
を備えることを特徴とする。
1)前記無接点電力受信装置が電力信号の受信のためのスタンバイモード状態で、前記無接点電力送信装置の1次側充電コアから物体感知信号とともに発信される前記無接点電力受信装置の固有ID値を呼び出す呼出信号を感知し、無接点電力受信装置の固有ID値に対する信号を前記無接点電力送信装置側に発信する固有ID値信号発信段階と、
2)前記固有ID値信号発信段階以後、充電のための充電待機モードに転換されるようにして、前記無接点電力送信装置から送信を受けて、受信される電力信号を整流し、バッテリーセルに充電されるようにする充電段階と、
3)前記無接点電力送信装置から送信される電力信号が基準電圧であるかを判別して、受信電力電圧が基準電圧以下の場合には昇圧を要請し、基準電圧以上場合には減圧を要請する電圧調整信号を発信する電圧調整要請段階と、
4)前記電圧調整要請段階以後に受信される電圧が、基準電圧の場合には正常受信についての信号を発信する正常電圧信号送信段階と、
5)前記バッテリーセルに充電された状態が、満充電状態であるか否かを判別して、満充電状態の場合には充電を終了する充電終了段階と、
を備えることができる。

Claims (5)
- 無接点電力送信装置(10)の1次側充電コア(13)から発信される電力信号によって無接点電力受信装置(30)の2次側充電コア(32)で電力信号の送信を受けて電源が充電されるように電力送信を制御する無接点充電システム(A)において、
前記無接点電力受信装置(30)は、
前記無接点電力送信装置(10)の1次側充電コア(13)と対応して誘導電流が発信されるようにする2次側充電コア(32)と、
前記2次側充電コア(32)と繋がれて誘導電流を整流する整流部ブロック(33)と、
前記整流部ブロック(33)から供給される電源がバッテリーセル(35)に充電されるように具備される充電回路部ブロック(36)と、
前記2次側充電コア(32)を通じて受信される電力を監視する受信電力監視モジュール(31)と、
前記整流部ブロック(33)、前記充電回路部ブロック(36)、前記受信電力監視モジュール(31)を制御して、ID発生と充電状態の信号を制御するように具備される電力受信装置制御部(39)と、
を備え、
前記受信電力監視モジュール(31)は、
受信される電力の電圧が低電圧であると感知されるか否か比較判別する低電圧監視モジュール(311)と、
受信される電力の電圧が高電圧であると感知されるか否か比較判別する高電圧監視モジュール(312)と、
を備えることを特徴とする無接点充電システム。 - 無接点電力送信装置(10)の1次側充電コア(13)から発信される電力信号によって無接点電力受信装置(30)の2次側充電コア(32)で電力信号の送信を受けて、電源が充電されるように電力送信を制御する無接点充電システムAの充電制御方法において、
1)前記無接点電力送信装置(10)の1次側充電コア(13)を通じて、前記無接点電力受信装置(30)の固有ID値を呼び出す呼出信号が含まれる物体感知信号を発信し、これに対する回答信号の受信を待機するスタンバイモード段階(S01)と、
2)前記1次側充電コア(13)を通じる負荷変調によって感知された感知信号を判別し、無接点電力受信装置(30)から発信された正常の固有ID信号が受信されたか否かを判別する固有ID判別段階(S02)と、
3)無接点電力受信装置(30)から正常の固有IDが受信されたと判別される場合には、ゲートドライバーモジュール(23)を通じ、1次側充電コア(13)を通じてフルパワー送信電力信号が発信されるようにするフルパワー電力送信段階(S03)と、
4)無接点電力受信装置(30)へ充電状態情報を要請し、返信された無接点電力受信装置(30)の充電情報によって、充電の程度を調節する充電調節段階(S04)と、
5)無接点電力受信装置(30)から満充電の情報を受信したときには、充電動作を停止してLCDパネル(153)または充電状態LED(154)に満充電の状態を表示する満充電状態段階(S05)と、
を備えることを特徴とする無接点充電システムの充電制御方法。 - 前記固有ID判別段階(S02)は、1次側充電コア(13)を通じて感知された感知信号が、無接点電力受信装置(30)から発信された正常のIDデータとする正常信号ではない場合、異物感知モードに切り替え、感知された異物が金属または電子機器の場合には、LCDパネル(153)または充電状態LED(154)に異物エラー表示をして、該当充電ブロック(14)に対する充電動作を停止するようにしてあることを特徴とする請求項2記載の無接点充電システムの充電制御方法。
- 前記充電調節段階(S04)は、
前記無接点電力受信装置(30)側に、充電状態の情報についてのデータ情報を要請する充電量情報要請段階(S041)と、
前記無接点電力受信装置(30)から送信される充電量情報データ及び受信電力についての電圧データの充電状態情報についての信号を受信する充電情報データ受信段階(S042)と、
前記無接点電力受信装置(30)から送信された電力信号の充電状態情報についてのデータを分析して判別する電力データ判別段階(S043)と、
前記無接点電力受信装置(30)から送信された電力信号についての電圧データに対し、送信電力を償うために、電力信号の周波数を算出して、補償された周波数で電力信号を送る補償電力信号送信段階(S044)と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の無接点充電システムの充電制御方法。 - 無接点電力送信装置(10)の1次側充電コア(13)から発信される電力信号によって無接点電力受信装置(30)の2次側充電コア(32)で電力信号の送信を受けて、電源が充電されるように電力送信を制御する無接点充電システムAの充電制御方法において、
1)前記無接点電力受信装置(30)が電力信号の受信のためのスタンバイモード状態で、前記無接点電力送信装置(10)の1次側充電コア(13)から物体感知信号とともに発信される前記無接点電力受信装置(30)の固有ID値を呼び出す呼出信号を感知し、無接点電力受信装置(30)の固有ID値に対する信号を前記無接点電力送信装置(10)側に発信する固有ID値信号発信段階(S21)と、
2)前記固有ID値信号発信段階(S21)以後、充電のための充電待機モードに転換されるようにして、前記無接点電力送信装置(10)から送信を受けて、受信される電力信号を整流し、バッテリーセル(35)に充電されるようにする充電段階(S22)と、
3)前記無接点電力送信装置(10)から送信される電力信号が基準電圧であるかを判別して、受信電力電圧が基準電圧以下の場合には昇圧を要請し、基準電圧以上場合には減圧を要請する電圧調整信号を発信する電圧調整要請段階(S23)と、
4)前記電圧調整要請段階(S23)以後に受信される電圧が、基準電圧の場合には正常受信についての信号を発信する正常電圧信号送信段階(S24)と、
5)前記バッテリーセル(35)に充電された状態が、満充電状態であるか否かを判別して、満充電状態の場合には充電を終了する充電終了段階(S25)と、
を備えることを特徴とする無接点充電システムの充電制御方法。
