Claims (9)
- 応力変換器(2)を締結具(4)に搭載するための方法であって、
前記変換器を溶接インサート(6)に固定する段階と、
前記インサート(6)を前記締結具(4)に溶接する段階とを含む方法。 - 前記溶接は、摩擦圧接、電気抵抗溶接、ろう付け、およびはんだ付けからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶接は、摩擦圧接である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記締結具(4)に、前記変換器(2)を受けるための凹部(8)を形成する段階をさらに含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 締結具(4)に溶接されるインサート(6)と、
前記インサート(6)に固定される応力変換器(2)とを有する装置。 - 前記インサートは、
前記変換器(2)を受けるよう、一方の端部に配置されるインサート凹部(8)と、
前記一方の端部とは反対側の他方の端部に配置される円錐状先端部(10)とをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の装置。 - 前記一方の端部は、前記締結具および前記インサートの残りの部分よりも低い融点を有する材料からなる、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記インサート(6)が溶接された締結具(4)をさらに含む、請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
- 前記インサート(6)は前記締結具(4)に摩擦圧接される、請求項6乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
