Abstract

Un procédé de maintenance d'un ensemble de structures dans lesquelles sont intégrées des vis de structure (1) sous tension, toutes les vis (1) ayant été fabriquées avec des paramètres physiques d'origine prédéterminés avec des tolérances permettant d'admettre que leurs caractéristiques de réponse ultrasonore sont identiques, procédé dans lequel : - on mesure, à l'aide d'un dispositif de mesure à ultrasons, le temps (T) de propagation d'ultrasons dans une vis de structure (1) dudit ensemble ; - on compare le temps (T) de propagation mesuré à une plage temporelle de référence (P) définie pour une vis de structure étalon de tension de serrage acceptable ; et - si le temps de propagation mesuré (T) est hors de la plage temporelle de référence (P), on réalise une étape de maintenance de l'ensemble de structure.
