Claims (10)
- 1つ以上の投影画像から1つ以上の関心のある特徴部を抽出する方法であって、
造影剤によって強調された少なくとも1つの関心のある特徴部を有する投影画像にアクセスする段階(58)と、
前記投影画像に基づいて造影剤ゼロ画像を生成する段階(60)と、
前記造影剤ゼロ画像に基づいて骨マスクを生成する段階(62)と、
前記骨マスクに基づいて骨抽出画像を生成する段階(64)と
を有する方法。 - 前記投影画像(60)は、トモシンセシス・システム、一般的放射線撮影用X線システム、C形アームX線システム、コンピュータ断層撮影システム、又は二重エネルギ・コンピュータ断層撮影システムから取得される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記投影画像(60)は、被検体を少なくとも2つの異なるX線エネルギ・レベルに露出させることによって取得される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの関心のある特徴部は血管系を含んでいる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記造影剤ゼロ画像(78)を生成する前記段階は、物質分解技術(74)を適用することを含んでいる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記骨マスク(80)を生成する前記段階は、自動骨セグメント化・抽出技術(82)を適用することを含んでいる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記骨マスク(64)は二値マスクである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記骨抽出画像(86)は、物質分解画像、最初の多色ビーム画像又は導出単色画像(88)に対して前記骨マスク(80)を適用することによって求められる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、複数の前記投影画像に基づいて組合せ画像を生成する段階を含んでおり、前記骨抽出画像が、前記組合せ画像に前記骨マスクを適用することによって生成される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 更に、画像セグメント化技術によって前記骨抽出画像(76)に基づいて造影剤画像(86)を生成する段階を含んでいる請求項1記載の方法。
