Description

The present invention includes an article storage shelf including an article storage unit, a traveling carriage that travels on a floor in a transport vehicle moving space in front of the article storage shelf, and an article transfer device that is supported by the traveling carriage so as to be movable up and down. An article transport vehicle and exhaust air after flowing purified air from the back side of the article storage section toward the transport vehicle moving space so as to pass through the article storage section and flowing downward in the transport vehicle moving space Purified air ventilation means for flowing so as to exhaust from the section, and the article storage section in the article storage shelf is partitioned in a state where air cannot flow, and the transport vehicle moving space communicates in a state where air can flow An air flow space formed over the entire length or substantially the entire length of the article storage shelf below the article storage section, and the vehicle lateral width of the traveling carriage in the traveling direction of the article transport vehicle. Is located at the same height as or higher than the height of the upper portion of the end portion in the direction and protrudes into the transport vehicle moving space from an end portion on the transport vehicle moving space side on the upper end side of the air flow space. In this state, the present invention relates to an article storage facility provided with an air guide body formed in a state extending over the entire length or substantially the entire length of the article storage shelf in the width direction of the shelf.

Such an article storage facility is configured such that an article transporting vehicle travels along the width direction of an article storage shelf and an article transfer device is moved up and down to stack a glass substrate used for a liquid crystal display or a plasma display. The container to be stored is transported as an article between the article storage unit and the article processing apparatus for processing the glass substrate.
Then, after providing purified air ventilation means, the purified air is caused to flow from the back side of the article storage unit toward the transport vehicle moving space so as to pass through the product storage unit and to flow downward in the transport vehicle moving space. By causing the exhaust to flow from the exhaust unit, dust that has rolled up from the floor side when the article transport vehicle travels in the transport vehicle moving space does not easily flow backward from the transport vehicle moving space to the article storage unit side. Thus, the article storage unit is configured to be maintained in a dust-free environment.
Further, by providing an air flow space, when the article transport vehicle travels, the purified air that has been compressed on the front side in the travel direction of the traveling carriage can easily flow into the air flow space on the lateral side of the traveling carriage. In addition, it is possible to prevent dust from rolling up on the front side of the traveling carriage caused by the purified air flowing on the upper side of the traveling carriage, and by providing an air guide body, The purified air hardly flows upward, and dust is rolled up on the side or rear side of the traveling carriage caused by disturbance of the airflow of the purified air that has flowed into the air flow space due to traveling of the article transport vehicle. And the article storage unit can be maintained in an environment with little dust even if the wind force of the purified air flowing in the purified air ventilation means is small (see, for example, Patent Document 1). .)

In recent years, with the increase in size of glass substrates, the size of article storage facilities has also increased, and the travel distance of article transport vehicles has increased in large-size article storage facilities. However, in the above-described conventional article storage equipment, the traveling carriage is formed in a rectangular shape with the bottom and top surfaces being horizontal and the left and right side surfaces being vertical when viewed in the traveling direction, and the wheels extend downward from the bottom surface. Since the amount of purified air that is compressed in the vehicle traveling direction front side is large, when the article transport vehicle travels at a high speed, the purified air that flows above or laterally from the article transport vehicle Since the amount of dust tends to increase and the dust tends to roll up, it is difficult to maintain the article storage part in a dust-free environment, and it is flowed by purified air ventilation means to maintain the article storage part in a dust-free environment. Large purification wind power Kusuru was necessary.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the object thereof is to easily maintain the article storage portion in an environment with little dust even if the wind power of the purified air flowing by the purified air ventilation means is small. The object is to provide an article storage facility.

In order to achieve this object, an article storage facility according to the present invention includes an article storage shelf including an article storage portion, a traveling carriage that travels on a floor portion in a transport vehicle moving space in front of the article storage shelf, and the traveling carriage. An article transfer vehicle including an article transfer device supported in a freely movable manner, and flowing purified air from the back side of the article storage unit toward the transfer vehicle moving space so as to pass through the article storage unit and Purified air ventilation means for flowing downward in the transport vehicle moving space and then exhausting from the exhaust section, and the article storage section in the article storage shelf are partitioned in a state incapable of air flow and the transport vehicle The movement space communicates with the air flowable state, the air flow space formed under the article storage portion over the entire length or substantially the entire length of the shelf width of the article storage shelf, and the article transport vehicle. When viewed from the traveling direction, the traveling vehicle is positioned at the same height as or higher than the height of the upper portion of the end portion in the lateral direction of the vehicle in the traveling carriage and on the transport vehicle moving space side on the upper end side of the air flow space. An air guide formed to extend from the end portion into the transport vehicle moving space in a state extending over the entire length or substantially the entire length of the shelf width direction of the article storage shelf. One feature configuration is
An air flow passage that opens at both ends of the traveling carriage in the vehicle traveling direction so that air can enter and exit and communicates between the openings at both ends so that air can flow is formed in the traveling carriage. .

In other words, since an air flow passage is formed in the traveling carriage, a part of the purified air on the front side in the vehicle traveling direction of the traveling carriage can be passed through the air traveling passage to the rear side in the vehicle traveling direction of the traveling carriage. In addition, when the article transport vehicle travels, the amount of the purified air that is compressed on the front side in the vehicle traveling direction of the traveling carriage is small, and the amount of the purified air that flows above or sideways of the traveling carriage can be reduced. .
Therefore, by providing the article flow space, it is possible to suppress the dust from rolling up on the front side of the traveling carriage caused by the purified air flowing on the upper side of the traveling carriage, and to provide the air flow by providing the air guide body. In addition to preventing dust from rolling up on the side and rear sides of the traveling carriage caused by the turbulent flow of the purified air flowing into the space, the traveling carriage has an air flow passage. By forming, the amount of purified air that is compressed on the front side in the vehicle traveling direction is small, and the amount of purified air that flows above the traveling carriage and the amount of purified air that flows in the air flow space can be reduced. Therefore, the dust caused by the purified air flowing on the upper side of the traveling carriage and the air flow of the purified air flowing into the air flowing space is disturbed by the traveling of the article transport vehicle can further increase the dust. Therefore, even if the wind force of the purified air flowing by the purified air ventilation means is small, it becomes easy to maintain the article storage portion in an environment with little dust, and thus the purified air ventilation means flows. Even if the wind force of the purified air is small, it has become possible to provide an article storage facility that can easily maintain the article storage portion in an environment with little dust.

According to a second characteristic configuration of the article storage facility according to the present invention, in the first characteristic configuration, the air guide body is an end side portion in a vehicle lateral width direction of the traveling carriage as viewed in the traveling direction of the article transporting vehicle. It exists in the point provided in the state which overlaps with upper part.

That is, since the air guide body is provided in a state overlapping with the upper portion of the end side portion of the traveling carriage in the vehicle lateral direction when viewed in the traveling direction of the article transport vehicle, the air flow space is generated by the travel of the article transport vehicle. Since it is possible to further suppress the dust from rolling up on the lateral side and the rear side of the traveling carriage due to the turbulent flow of the purified air that has flowed into the vehicle, the wind force of the purified air flowing in the purified air ventilation means is small. Even if the article storage section is easy to maintain in an environment with little dust, the article storage section can easily maintain the article storage section in an environment with little dust even if the wind power of the purified air flowing in the purified air ventilation means is small. We were able to provide equipment.

A third characteristic configuration of the article storage facility according to the present invention is that, in the first or second characteristic configuration, the air flow passage is formed in a concave groove shape opening downward at a bottom portion of the traveling carriage. is there.

That is, since the air flow passage is formed in a concave groove shape that opens downward at the bottom of the traveling carriage, the air flow passage only needs to form a concave groove that opens downward at the bottom of the traveling carriage. Since the air flow passage is such that the purified air flowing through the air flow passage does not diffuse upward, the configuration of the traveling carriage in which the air flow passage is formed in which the purified air is difficult to diffuse upward. Therefore, it is possible to provide an article storage facility that can simplify the configuration of the traveling carriage in which an air flow passage in which the purified air hardly diffuses upward is formed. It was.

According to a fourth characteristic configuration of the article storage facility according to the present invention, in any one of the first to third characteristic configurations, a rectifying plate that extends in a vehicle traveling direction in a posture along the vertical direction is provided in the air flow passage. It is in the point.

That is, since the air flow passage is provided with a rectifying plate extending in the vehicle traveling direction in a posture along the vertical direction, the purified air flowing in the air flow passage can be rectified into a laminar flow aligned in the vehicle lateral width direction. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the dust from rolling up from the floor side by the purified air discharged from the air flow passage, and the dust from the floor portion to be swung up by the purified air discharged from the air flow passage. It has come to be able to provide an article storage facility that can suppress the above.

According to a fifth characteristic configuration of the article storage facility according to the present invention, in any one of the first to fourth characteristic configurations, each of the both end portions in the vehicle traveling direction of the traveling carriage has its lower portion as an upper portion. Further, it is formed in a state in which it is recessed more inwardly of the vehicle and in a state of being inclined such that the upper surface of the upper portion becomes higher as it is positioned on the inner side of the vehicle.

That is, when the article transport vehicle travels in the transport vehicle moving space, the purified air that is in the compressed state on the front side in the vehicle travel direction of the traveling carriage moves forward in the vehicle travel direction as the article transport vehicle decelerates or stops. A part of the inflated purified air is guided upward by another object such as a partition wall, and as a result, dust on the floor side is rolled up. Each of the both end portions in the traveling direction is inclined so that the lower portion thereof is recessed inward of the vehicle inward of the upper portion, and the upper surface of the upper portion becomes higher as the vehicle is positioned inward of the vehicle. The purified air on the front side in the vehicle traveling direction of the traveling carriage is restricted to flow above the traveling carriage in the lower part of the traveling carriage, but travels in the upper part of the traveling carriage. Because it is guided above the carriage, Since the purified air is less likely to be compressed in the vehicle traveling direction front side of the carriage, it is possible to prevent the dust on the floor side from being rolled up when the traveling carriage is decelerated or stopped, and the article transport vehicle is decelerated or reduced. As a result, it is possible to provide an article storage facility capable of suppressing the dust on the floor side from being rolled up as it stops.

A sixth characteristic configuration of the article storage facility according to the present invention is any one of the first to fifth characteristic configurations, wherein a partition wall that partitions the transport vehicle moving space from the outside is a width direction of the shelf of the transport vehicle moving space. It is in the point which is provided in the edge part, and is formed in the state which the edge part side part of the shelf width direction in the said air guide body protrudes largely in the said conveyance vehicle movement space rather than another part.

That is, as described in the fifth characteristic configuration described above, when the article transport vehicle travels in the transport vehicle moving space, the purified air that is compressed on the front side in the vehicle traveling direction of the traveling carriage is the article transport vehicle. As the vehicle decelerates or stops, it expands forward in the vehicle traveling direction, and a part of the expanded purified air is guided upward by the partition wall, and accordingly, dust on the floor side is rolled up. However, since the end side portion of the shelf width portion of the air guide body is formed so as to protrude more greatly into the transport vehicle moving space than the other portions, the shelf width of the transport vehicle moving space is An article storage facility that can suppress the dust on the floor side from being rolled up at the end in the direction, and can suppress the dust from being rolled up at the edge in the horizontal direction of the shelf of the transport vehicle moving space. Offer Led to it is Rukoto.
