Abstract
【解決手段】 新規の光合成細菌であるRhodobacter sphaeroides NATを用い、油含有廃水中の油分の分解を行う。Rhodobacter sphaeroides NATは耐熱性を有し、45℃以上の温度条件下でも生息できる細菌であるので、高温廃水であっても処理できる。更にRhodobacter sphaeroides NATは油分解と同時にCOD、リンの除去もでき、総合的な廃水処理が容易に行える。

Claims (4)
- Rhodobacter sphaeroides NAT(受領番号:FERM AP−21486)を用い、油含有廃水中の油分を分解することを特徴とする油含有廃水の処理方法。
- 45℃〜55℃の前記油含有廃水を使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油含有廃水の処理方法。
- 前記Rhodobacter sphaeroides NATから前記油含有廃水中にリパーゼを放出させて前記油分を分解することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油含有廃水の処理方法。
- 前記Rhodobacter sphaeroides NATをアルギン酸塩に固定化して使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油含有廃水の処理方法。
