Abstract
【解決手段】フッ素樹脂によって形成された内層12とナイロンによって形成された中間層14を備え、ナイロン層14を、フッ素樹脂によって形成された最外層18により被覆した樹脂配管10を得る。さらに内層12と前記中間層とは、接着剤層16によって接着されている樹脂配管10とする。

Claims (7)
- フッ素樹脂によって形成された内層と、当該内層上に配置され、ナイロンによって形成された中間層とを備え、前記中間層上に、更に、フッ素樹脂によって形成された最外層とを含むことを特徴とする樹脂配管。
- 請求項1において、前記内層と前記最外層のフッ素樹脂は同一のフッ素樹脂であることを特徴とする樹脂配管。
- 請求項2において、前記内層と前記最外層のフッ素樹脂は、四フッ化エチレン・パーフルオロアルコキシエチレン共重合体樹脂(PFA)であることを特徴とする樹脂配管。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、前記ナイロンはナイロン6又はナイロン6とナイロン12の共重合体であることを特徴とする樹脂配管。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかにおいて、前記内層と前記中間層とは、接着剤層によって接着されていることを特徴とする樹脂配管。
- 請求項5において、前記接着剤層はフッ素系接着剤層であることを特徴とする樹脂配管。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかにおいて、前記最外層を形成するフッ素樹脂は前記中間層のナイロン上に接着剤を介することなく被覆されていることを特徴とする樹脂配管。
