Abstract

Claims (10)
- 補修方法であって、
部品(12)の変形部分を除去して、部品の未変性部分(44)を画成する段階と、
部品の未変性部分(44)に交換部分(46)を追加する段階と、
部品の未変性部分(44)の1以上のパラメータ及び部品(12)の1以上の原設計パラメータに基づいて、交換部分(46)を適応加工する段階と
を含む方法。 - 前記適応加工段階が、翼形部(12)の未変性部分(44)の計測から明らかな翼形部(12)の反り及び/又は損傷にかかわらず、原翼形部設計に少なくとも概略合致するように翼形部(12)の変形部分を加工することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記部品の未変性部分(44)の実測値に基づいて、幾何形状及び/又は寸法を含めた原設計を調整することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- コンピュータにより実行される方法であって、
変形、損傷部分、望ましくない形状又はそれらの組合せを含む望ましくない部分を有する部品(12)の実測値を取得する段階と、
前記実測値と、原設計意図、新たな最適化した設計又はその組合せとに基づいて、部品(12)のコンピュータモデル(18)を変換する段階と
を含む方法。 - 前記実測値とコンピュータモデル(18)における複数の点との偏差を求めることを含む、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記実測値とコンピュータモデル(18)との偏差に基づいて、部品(12)上の剛性点(48)と反り点(50)を求めることを含む、請求項4記載の方法。
- 未変性部分(44)を有する部品(12)を加工するための適応加工システム(10)の作動方法であって、
部品の未変性部分(44)上の第1の点集合(16)を計測する段階と、
部品の未変性部分(44)上で計測された第1の点集合(16)を用いた剛体変換によって部品(12)のコンピュータモデル(18)の初期位置を決定して、変換コンピュータモデルを形成する段階と、
部品の未変性部分(44)上の第1の点集合(16)に対応する第2の点集合を変換コンピュータモデル上で生成する段階と、
第1の点集合(16)を第2の点集合にマッチングさせることによって、変換コンピュータモデルをモーフィングする段階と
を含む方法。 - 未変性部分(44)を有する部品(12)を加工するための適応加工システム(10)の作動方法であって、
部品の未変性部分(44)を代表する変換コンピュータモデルのビルドアップ領域(46)に点集合を生成する段階と、
公称工具経路(36)の複数の公称カッター接点(56)に剛体変換及びモーフィングを適用して、公称カッター接点(56)を点集合とマッチングさせ、変形工具経路(38)を形成する複数の変形カッター接点(58)を形成する段階と
を含む方法。 - 公称工具経路(36)の複数の公称カッター接点(56)をモーフィングする段階が、複数の公称カッター接点(56)を点集合にオーバーラップさせることによって、変形工具経路(38)の複数の変形カッター接点(58)を形成することを含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 公称工具経路(36)の複数の公称カッター接点(56)をモーフィングする段階が、点集合から複数の公称カッター接点(56)をオフセットすることによって、変形工具経路(38)の複数の変形カッター接点(58)を形成することを含む、請求項8記載の方法。
