Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、ガス状燃料・空気混合気に点火するために燃焼室(1)内または予燃焼室(3)内に突出する点火装置を有する、ガス状燃料・空気混合気を燃焼させるためのガスエンジン、特に圧縮混合気を使用したガスオットーエンジンに関する。点火装置(2)は、高圧ガス噴射器(4)と、熱用シールド(6)を有する加熱部材(5)とを含む。加熱部材(5)と高圧ガス噴射器(4)との間隔が選択されることで噴射器(4)によって供給されるガス状燃料が加熱部材(5)の領域で体積(7)を決定し、当該体積においては、加熱部材(5)は開始プロセスにあたり、高圧縮のガス状燃料に点火を行うため自己点火温度を能動的に提供でき、その結果、高圧縮のガス状自己点火式燃料は再度、主燃焼室(1)に供給される量のガスの点火装置として機能しうる。

Claims (10)
- ガス状燃料・空気混合気に点火するために主燃焼室内または予燃焼室内に突出している少なくとも1つの点火装置を有する、ガス状燃料・空気混合気を燃焼させるためのガスエンジン、特に圧縮混合気を使用したガスオットーエンジンであって、前記点火装置(2)は高圧ガス噴射器(4)と、熱用シールド(6)を有する加熱部材(5)とを含み、前記高圧ガス噴射器(4)に関する前記加熱部材(5)の配置が選択され、それによって前記高圧ガス噴射器(4)を用いて供給されるガス状燃料が前記加熱部材(5)の領域で体積(7)を決定し、当該体積においては、前記加熱部材(5)は開始プロセスにあたり、高圧縮されたガス状燃料に点火するために自己点火温度を能動的に提供することが可能であり、その結果、高圧縮されたガス状自己点火式燃料はふたたび、前記主燃焼室(1)に供給される量のガスの点火装置として機能しうることを特徴とするガスエンジン。
- 前記ガス状燃料は前記高圧ガス噴射器(4)から噴射される際、熱力学的プロセスにおける圧縮最終圧力のほぼ1.5倍から3倍の圧力となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスエンジン。
- 運転に用いられるガス状燃料全体の0.2%〜50%が高圧縮された状態で、前記高圧ガス噴射器(4)によって前記点火装置(2)を通過することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガスエンジン。
- 運転に用いられるガス状燃料全体の0.5%〜1.5%が高圧縮された状態で、前記高圧ガス噴射器(4)によって前記点火装置(2)を通過することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガスエンジン。
- 前記高圧ガス噴射器(4)が高圧ガス噴射弁を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスエンジン。
- 前記加熱部材(5)の表面が、能動的および受動的加熱の際に、1つの部材(5)によって、あるいは2つの互いに分離した部材(5a、5b)として実施されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスエンジン。
- 前記点火装置(2)は前記主燃焼室(1)から分離された予燃焼室(3)に組み込まれており、当該予燃焼室は、少なくとも1つのブロー流出用開口部を介して前記主燃焼室(1)と連通されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のガスエンジン。
- 前記ブロー流出用開口部の断面積全体に対する前記予燃焼室(3)の体積の割合が50〜80cm3/cm2であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のガスエンジン。
- 圧縮終了時には前記予燃焼室(3)の体積が前記主燃焼室(1)の体積の約0.5%〜5%となることを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載のガスエンジン。
- 前記点火装置(2)が前記主燃焼室(1)に組み込まれており、点火を誘導するための点火可能な混合気の体積(7)が、高圧縮された状態で噴射されるガス状燃料のジェット流拡散(f(t))によって決定されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のガスエンジン。
