Abstract
【解決手段】一側に水平方向に形成された第1および第2流入ポート333,334と、他側に水平方向に形成された排出ポート335を有するハウジング、ハウジングの流入ポートと排出ポートとの間で上下方向に作動し、第1および第2流入ポートの開口量を比例制御する作動プランジャー332を有するプランジャー作動部、プランジャー作動部336の上端に装着されたモーター331、モーターからプランジャー作動部の下端まで延長されるモーター軸337を含み、モーター軸の回転力により作動プランジャーを上下方向に移動することを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 燃料電池車両用冷却水温度調節装置において、
一側に水平方向に形成された第1および第2流入ポートと、他側に水平方向に形成された排出ポートを有するハウジング、
前記ハウジングの流入ポートと排出ポートとの間で上下方向に作動し、第1および第2流入ポートの開口量を比例制御する作動プランジャーを有するプランジャー作動部、
前記プランジャー作動部の上端に装着されたモーター、および
前記モーターと連動され、作動プランジャーと結合されるようにモーターからプランジャー作動部の下端まで延長されるモーター軸を含み、前記モーターの稼動によってモーター軸を通して伝達された回転力により前記作動プランジャーを上下方向に移動することを特徴とする燃料電池車両用冷却水温度調節装置。 - 前記第1流入ポートを通してラジエーターから流入される冷却水と、前記第2流入ポートを通してスタック出口から流入される冷却水がプランジャー作動部で合わさり、排出ポートを通して混合された冷却水または前記冷却水の中から選択されたいずれか一つをスタック入口に供給することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料電池車両用冷却水温度調節装置。
- 前記作動プランジャーはプランジャー作動部の内部に垂直方向に設置され、モーター軸が作動プランジャーの中心部を貫通してネジ結合され、モーター軸の回転および作動プランジャーの形状により自身は回転せず、上下方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の燃料電池車両用冷却水温度調節装置。
- 前記作動プランジャーは楕円形に形成され、前記モーター軸が回転しても作動プランジャーの形状によって形成されたプランジャー作動部の内部面により自身は回転せず、上下移動のみ可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の燃料電池車両用冷却水温度調節装置。
