Abstract

Claims (10)
- ターボ機械(105)によって生成される排気ストリーム(170)内の成分を低減する方法であって、
少なくとも1つのEGR流れ調整装置と、成分低減システム(145)と、少なくとも1つの流量制御装置とを含み、前記排気ストリーム(170)内の成分を第1の濃度から第2の濃度に低減し、更に前記排気ストリーム(170)を前記ターボ機械(105)の吸入セクション(110)に再循環させる少なくとも1つの排気ガス再循環(EGR)システム(107)を設けるステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの流量制御装置を調節するステップと、
前記成分低減システム(145)を利用して前記排気ストリーム(170)内の成分を低減するステップと、
前記排気ストリーム(170)内の成分が成分範囲内にあるか否かを判定するステップと、
成分が前記成分範囲内にある場合に、前記少なくとも1つの流量制御装置を調節して前記排気ストリーム(170)が前記吸入セクション(110)に入ることができるようにするステップと、
を含む方法。 - 少なくとも1つの初期化許容条件を満たしているか否かを判定するステップを更に含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの初期化許容条件が、EGRシステム(107)の予熱状態、EGRシステム構成部品の作動即応性、EGRシステム(107)の少なくとも1つの故障条件の状態、及びこれらの組合せの内の少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの作動許容条件を満たしているか否かを判定するステップを更に含む、

請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記成分低減システム(145)を利用するステップが、前記成分低減システム(145)内で利用される流体の注入速度を決定することを更に含み、前記注入速度が、前記排気ストリーム(170)内の成分の濃度によって決定付けられる、
