Claims (9)
- ターボ機械(105)によって生成される排気ストリーム(170)を制御する方法であって、当該方法が、
前記排気ストリーム(170)の流量を増加させかつファンを備える少なくとも1つのEGR(排気ガス再循環)流れ調整装置(135)と、成分低減システム(145)と、少なくとも1つの流量制御装置とを含む少なくとも1つのEGRシステム(107)であって、前記排気ストリーム(170)中の成分を第1の濃度から第2の濃度に低減するとともに前記排気ストリーム(170)を前記ターボ機械(105)の吸入セクション(110)に再循環させる少なくとも1つのEGRシステム(107)を設けるステップと、
前記ターボ機械(105)の吸入セクション(110)に流入する吸入流体に、前記排気ストリームの一部分を含む目標EGR分率を受け入れるステップと、
前記目標EGR分率から1種以上の成分の目標レベルを決定するステップと、
前記1種以上の成分の現在レベルを求めるステップと、
前記1種以上の成分の現在レベルが、成分範囲内であるか否かを判定するステップと、
前記1種以上の成分が前記成分範囲外である場合には、前記排気ストリーム(170)のEGR比率を調整するステップと
を含んでおり、前記1種以上の成分が、SOx、NOx、CO 2 、水分、塩化物イオン、酸、アルデヒド、炭化水素又はこれらの組合せの少なくとも1つを含む、方法。 - 前記排気ストリーム(170)のEGR比率を調整するステップが、前記EGR流れ調整装置の速度を調整するステップ、少なくとも1つのEGRファンブレードのピッチを調整するステップ、前記少なくとも1つの流量制御装置を調整するステップの少なくともいずれかを含んでおり、前記少なくとも1つの流量制御装置が、吸入ダンパ、バイパスダンパ、排出ダンパ又はその組合せの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記排気ストリーム(170)のEGR比率を調整するステップが、該排気ストリーム(170)のEGR比率が調整を必要とする時には少なくとも1つの通知を行うステップをさらに含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記成分低減システム(145)が、前記排気ストリーム(170)中のSOx成分を最大99%低減する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記1種以上の成分の現在レベルを求めるステップが、少なくとも1つの成分フィードバック装置から前記1種以上の成分に関するデータを受信するステップを含んでおり、前記データが、前記EGR比率を調整するために使用される、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの成分フィードバック装置が、前記吸入セクション(110)に隣接して設置される、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの成分フィードバック装置が、前記ターボ機械(105)の排出セクションに隣接して設置される、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの成分フィードバック装置が、前記ターボ機械(105)の抽出ポートに隣接して設置される、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記1種以上の成分の目標レベルを決定するステップが、
少なくとも1つの燃料組成を受信するステップと、
前記ターボ機械(105)の圧縮機空気流量に関するデータを受信するステップと、
前記ターボ機械(105)の燃料流量に関するデータを受信するステップと、
該1種以上の成分の目標レベルを決定するステップと
を含む、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
