Abstract
【解決手段】重荷重用タイヤは、スチールコードをコーティングゴムで被覆してなる一枚以上のカーカスプライからなるカーカスを具える重荷重用タイヤにおいて、前記コーティングゴムにジエン系ゴムからなるゴム成分100質量部に対してアミン化合物を0.8〜3.0質量部配合してなるゴム組成物を用いたことを特徴とする。

前記コーティングゴムにジエン系ゴムからなるゴム成分100質量部に対してアミン化合物を0.8〜3.0質量部配合してなるゴム組成物を用いることを特徴とする。
例えば、リンの検出原子数[P]は下式にて求めることができる。
[P]=FP(P2Pの感度係数)×(一定時間当たりのP2P光電子のカウント)
そして、他の原子についても同様に検出原子数を求めれば、それらの結果からリンの相対原子%を次式
P%={[P]/([Cu]+[Zn]+[C]+[O]+[N]+[P])}×100
に従って求めることができる。
伸線加工のパススケジュール、ダイスのエントランスやアプローチの形状並びに角度、ダイスの材質及び潤滑剤組成を制御して伸線加工を行い、表層領域における酸化物に含まれるリンの量を制御したスチールワイヤを作製した。次に、得られたスチールワイヤを
27本撚り合わせて、(3+9+15+1)構造、素線径0.23mm、黄銅めっき(Cu:63質量%、Zn:37質量%)、スパイラル0.15mm付きのスチールコードを製造した。

Claims (7)
- スチールコードをコーティングゴムで被覆してなる一枚以上のカーカスプライからなるカーカスを具える重荷重用タイヤにおいて、
前記コーティングゴムにジエン系ゴムからなるゴム成分100質量部に対してアミン化合物を0.8〜3.0質量部配合してなるゴム組成物を用いたことを特徴とする重荷重用タイヤ。 - 前記スチールコードに、周面にブラスめっき層を有し、該ブラスめっき層の表面からワイヤ半径方向内方に深さ5nmまでのワイヤ表層領域における酸化物として含まれるリンの含有量が1.5原子%以下であるスチールワイヤの単線、または該スチールワイヤの複数本を撚り合わせてなるスチールコードを用いたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。
- 前記コーティングゴムに用いるゴム組成物が、更に硫黄を前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して5.0〜6.0質量部含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。
- 前記コーティングゴムに用いるゴム組成物が、更に亜鉛華を前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して7.0〜11.0質量部含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。
- 前記コーティングゴムに用いるゴム組成物が、更に脂肪酸コバルト塩を前記ゴム成分100質量部に対してコバルト量で0.05〜0.3質量部含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。
- ショルダー部の最大厚さが100mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。
- オフザロードタイヤであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。
