Claims (8)
仮基材上に前記砥粒の平均粒子径より小さい数値の厚さからなる仮固着材の膜を形成する第1の工程と、
前記砥粒を前記仮基材上に接するように前記仮固着材の膜に散布する第2の工程と、
接着材が塗布された基板を、該接着材を前記砥粒に向けて圧接する第3の工程と、
圧接された前記接着材を硬化させる第4の工程と、
前記接着材の硬化後に、前記仮基材を剥離しさらに前記仮固着材の膜を除去する第5の工程と、
を備えてなり、

A fourth step of curing the pressure-bonded adhesive;
After the adhesive is cured, a fifth step of peeling the temporary base material and further removing the temporary fixing material film;
