Abstract
【解決手段】可撓性を有するベローズ管と、前記ベローズ管の外周面を被覆すると共に、内部に強靱性繊維が埋設される弾性部と、を有する管本体と、前記管本体の両端に設けられる配管連結部と、を備え、前記強靱性繊維は、織られてできた強靱性コードを構成しており、前記強靱性コードは、バイアス状に繊維を配列したバイアス補強層と、ラジアル状に繊維を配列したラジアル補強層と、を有する。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る管継手の構成を示す外観斜視図である。図2は、前記実施形態に係る管継手の一部を破断して示す正面図である。図3は、図2におけるAの部分拡大断面図である。図4は、本発明の他の実施形態に係るAの部分拡大断面図である。
図4を用いて第2実施形態について説明する。なお、第2実施形態において、特に説明しない部分は、第1実施形態と同様であり、図面に付した番号も第1実施形態と同様である場合は、同じ番号を付している。

Claims (6)
- 可撓性を有するベローズ管と、前記ベローズ管の外周面を被覆すると共に、内部に強靱性繊維が埋設される弾性部と、を有する管本体と、
前記管本体の両端に設けられる配管連結部と、
を備える可撓性管継手であって、
前記強靱性繊維は、織られてできた強靱性コードを構成しており、
前記強靱性コードは、バイアス状に繊維を配列したバイアス補強層と、ラジアル状に繊維を配列したラジアル補強層と、を有する可撓性管継手。 - 前記ベローズ管は、フッ素樹脂により形成される請求項1に記載の可撓性管継手。
- 前記管本体は、前記管本体の軸方向における両端に断面がL字状に形成される鍔部を有し、
前記鍔部は、
前記ベローズ管により形成される第1鍔部と、
前記弾性部により形成される第2鍔部と、を有し、
前記第1鍔部と前記第2鍔部とは、加硫接着される請求項1または2に記載の可撓性管継手。 - 前記第2鍔部には、平リングが埋設される請求項3に記載の可撓性管継手。
- 前記ベローズ管は、
前記ベローズ管の軸線方向と直交する方向に突出する山部と、前記山部と反対方向に凹む谷部と、を有しており、
前記谷部には、前記弾性部よりも軟性の高い弾性材料が充填される請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の可撓性管継手。 - 前記弾性部には、銅線が螺旋状に埋設される請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の可撓性管継手。
