Claims (6)
- 端部が互いに対向して配置される配管同士を連結する管継手であって、
断面が波状に形成されるベローズ部と、前記ベローズ部の両端に設けられ、断面が略L字状に形成される鍔部と、を有する筒状部と、
内部に強靱性繊維が埋設されると共に、前記筒状部の外周面を被覆する弾性部と、
前記鍔部と係合するように前記筒状部の内側に配置され、それぞれが対向する前記配管の前記端部と接続される円環状に形成された一対のフランジと、を備え、
前記筒状部は、フッ素樹脂により成型されており、
前記鍔部には、前記鍔部の縁端部近傍に該管継手の軸方向に貫通する複数の穴部が設けられており、
前記弾性部は、前記鍔部の前記縁端部を覆う被覆部を有しており、
前記被覆部は、前記穴部を埋設するように形成される管継手。 - 前記弾性部は、内弾性部と外弾性部とを有し、
前記強靱性繊維は、前記内弾性部と前記外弾性部との間に配置される請求項1に記載の管継手。 - 前記強靱性繊維は、織られてできた強靱性コードを構成する請求項2に記載の管継手。
- 前記強靱性コードは、積層するように複数配置され、
前記強靱性コードの間には、補強線材が配置される請求項3に記載の管継手。 - 前記フッ素樹脂は、PTFE(ポリテトラフルオロエチレン)である請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の管継手。
- 前記フッ素樹脂は、PFA(テトラフルオロエチレン・パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体)である請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の管継手。
