本发明涉及波纹管技术领域,具体涉及一种耐酸型波纹管补偿器包括两只的接管折弯件。
背景技术
现有的技术中管道常常需要运输具有腐蚀性的介质,运输腐蚀性的介质会导致,管道受到腐化,导致输送波纹管无法使用。补偿器运用在管道系统中便于安装,也适应管道的热胀冷缩功能,提供一种具有耐腐蚀能力的波纹管补偿器迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明克服背景技术的不足提供了一种耐酸型波纹管补偿器,设计目的:提供了一种具有耐腐蚀能力的补偿器,该补偿器用于耐腐蚀的波纹管,该补偿器的的使用寿命长。
本发明提供了下述技术方案:一种耐酸型波纹管补偿器,包括两只的接管折弯件1、复合圈带2,两只的所述接管折弯件1分别与所述复合圈带2的两侧固定连接,所述接管折弯件1接入管道,所述复合圈带2为三布四胶复合而成的板形件,所述布为夹丝玻纤布,所述丝为金属丝;所述胶为氟橡胶,所述复合圈带2依次由氟橡胶层、夹丝玻纤布层相间复合而成,所述复合圈带2的最外层为氟橡胶层。

所述复合圈带2的材料依次是氟橡胶层、夹丝玻纤布层、氟橡胶层、夹丝玻纤布层、氟橡胶层、夹丝玻纤布层、氟橡胶层,利用夹丝玻纤布层、氟橡胶层间隔复合压制,所述氟橡胶具有耐酸特性,所述夹丝玻纤布层能显著增加自身强度。

1.一种耐酸型波纹管补偿器,包括两只的接管折弯件(1)、复合圈带(2),其特征在于,两只的所述接管折弯件(1)分别与所述复合圈带(2)的两侧固定连接,所述接管折弯件(1)接入管道,所述复合圈带(2)为三布四胶复合而成的板形件,所述布为夹丝玻纤布,所述丝为金属丝;所述胶为氟橡胶,所述复合圈带(2)依次由氟橡胶层、夹丝玻纤布层相间复合而成,所述复合圈带(2)的最外层为氟橡胶层。
