Abstract
旋回直径の大きな構造を容易に且つ低コストで生産することが可能な旋回リングを提供する。
【解決手段】
転動体の転走面が周方向に沿って複数形成された環状のリングと、前記転走面を転走する複数の転動体を介して前記リングに組付けられると共に当該リングの周方向に沿って移動自在な複数のスライドブロックと、前記リングの周方向に沿って互いに隣接するスライドブロックの間に配置されると共に、少なくとも前記リングの転走面を被覆し、前記スライドブロックと共にリング上を移動する複数のカバー体とから構成されている。

Claims (4)
- 転動体の転走面が周方向に沿って複数形成された環状のリングと、複数の転動体を介して前記リングに組付けられると共に前記転動体の無限循環路を備え、当該リングの周方向に沿って移動自在な複数のスライドブロックと、前記リングの周方向に沿って互いに隣接するスライドブロックの間に配置されると共に、少なくとも前記リングの転走面を被覆し、前記スライドブロックと共にリング上を移動する複数のカバー体とから構成されることを特徴とする旋回リング。
- カバー体の内部に潤滑剤が保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の旋回リング。
- 前記リングは円弧状の軌道レールを複数繋ぐことにより無端円環状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の旋回リング。
- 前記リングはその内周面に前記転動体の転走面を有する一方、前記スライドブロックはリングの内周面又は外周面のいずれかに配置され、
複数のスライドブロックと複数のカバー体を交互に配置し且つこれら両者を結合することにより、前記リングに対して回転自在なインナーリング又はアウターリングを設けることを特徴とする請求項1記載の旋回リング。
