Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の加熱処理システムは、複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物1を互いに離間させて収容し、側面および底面に複数の孔を有する容器10と、過熱蒸気を生成する過熱蒸気生成装置20と、複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物1を加熱する加熱手段31を備え、容器10を収容し、過熱蒸気生成装置20から過熱蒸気を受け入れて、過熱蒸気雰囲気の下、加熱手段31により複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物1を加熱することにより、アスベスト中の結晶水を脱水してアスベストを無害化する加熱器30とを含む。

複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物を加熱する加熱手段を備え、容器を収容し、過熱蒸気生成装置から過熱蒸気を受け入れて、過熱蒸気雰囲気の下、加熱手段により複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物を加熱することにより、アスベスト中の結晶水を脱水してアスベストを無害化する加熱器とを含む、加熱処理システムが提供される。
Claims (9)
- アスベスト含有廃棄物を加熱して無害化するための加熱処理システムであって、
複数の前記アスベスト含有廃棄物を互いに離間させて収容し、側面および底面に複数の孔を有する容器と、
過熱蒸気を生成する過熱蒸気生成装置と、
前記複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物を加熱する加熱手段を備え、前記容器を収容し、前記過熱蒸気生成装置から前記過熱蒸気を受け入れて、過熱蒸気雰囲気の下、前記加熱手段により前記複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物を加熱することにより、アスベスト中の結晶水を脱水して該アスベストを無害化する加熱器とを含む、加熱処理システム。 - 前記容器は、それぞれの間にスペーサが挟み込まれて互いが離間した前記複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物を収容する、請求項1に記載の加熱処理システム。
- 前記加熱器は、複数の前記容器を収容し、前記複数の容器内に収容された複数の前記アスベスト含有廃棄物を一度に加熱処理する、請求項1または2に記載の加熱処理システム。
- 前記加熱手段は、前記加熱器の内部もしくは外部に取り付けられる電気ヒータである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の加熱処理システム。
- 前記加熱器は、前記過熱蒸気雰囲気の下、800℃〜1100℃の温度で前記複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物を10分〜120分加熱する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の加熱処理システム。
- 前記加熱器の後段に設置され、前記容器を収容し、加熱された前記複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物に向けて水を噴霧して該複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物を冷却し、前記加熱された複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物により生成された過熱蒸気を排出する冷却器と、
前記加熱器の前段に設置され、前記容器を収容し、前記冷却器から排出された前記過熱蒸気により前記容器内に収容された前記複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物を予熱する予熱器とをさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の加熱処理システム。 - 前記加熱処理システムは、加熱温度が異なる複数の前記予熱器と、冷却温度が異なる複数の前記冷却器とを含む、請求項6に記載の加熱処理システム。
- 前記加熱器は、前記アスベスト含有廃棄物を受け入れる受入口と、加熱処理された廃棄物を排出する排出口とを備え、
前記加熱器内に設置され、前記容器を前記受入口から前記排出口へと搬送する搬送装置と、
前記複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物が入れられる籠を備え、前記籠を移動させて前記複数のアスベスト含有廃棄物を運搬し、前記搬送装置上に配置された前記容器内へ前記受入口を介して投入する廃棄物投入装置とをさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の加熱処理システム。 - 前記加熱器から排出される前記過熱蒸気と前記アスベスト含有廃棄物から発生した揮発性有機化合物とを反応させ、前記揮発性有機化合物を分解する反応装置をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の加熱処理システム。
