Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る金属ナノ粒子製造装置は、金属ナノ粒子の前駆体溶液を供給する前駆体供給部11と、前記前駆体溶液を移動させる移送装置12と、前記前駆体供給部11に連結され、金属ナノ粒子が生成される温度範囲まで加熱する加熱部14と、前記加熱部14に連結され、前記加熱部から生成された金属ナノ粒子を捕集して冷却する冷却部15と、を含み、前記冷却部15は、チャンネル151と、前記チャンネル151を取り囲むチューブ152と、前記チューブ152に冷媒を供給する循環器153とを備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 金属ナノ粒子の前駆体溶液を供給する前駆体供給部と、
前記前駆体溶液を移動させる移送装置と、
前記前駆体供給部に連結され、金属ナノ粒子が生成される温度範囲まで前記前駆体溶液を加熱する加熱部と、
前記加熱部に連結され、前記加熱部から生成された金属ナノ粒子を捕集して冷却する冷却部と、を含み、
前記冷却部が、
チャンネルと、
前記チャンネルを取り囲むチューブと、
前記チューブに冷媒を供給する循環器と、
を備えることを特徴とする金属ナノ粒子の製造装置。 - 前記冷却部には、前記冷媒の温度を測定、制御する温度制御器がさらに結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属ナノ粒子の製造装置。
- 前記チューブには、振動器がさらに結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属ナノ粒子製造装置。
