Abstract
【解決手段】1本の入力軸13に対し第1〜第4中間軸14〜17を平行に配置し、入力軸と第4中間軸は3個のギヤよりなる中間伝達ギヤ列20を介して連結し、第1中間軸と第4中間軸、入力軸と第2中間軸及び入力軸と第3中間軸の間に互いに並列に第1〜第3歯車変速機構20A,20B,20Cを設け、各歯車変速機構は、各2本の軸の間に設けたそれぞれ2組の前進変速ギヤ対21a,21b〜26a,26bと、各2組の前進変速ギヤ対の間に設けられてそれらによる各2本の軸の間の動力伝達を切り換える第1〜第3切換クラッチ30A〜30Cにより構成されている。さらに入力軸と平行に後進中間軸18を設け、この両軸の間に後進ギヤ列27と後進切換クラッチ30Dよりなる後進歯車変速機構20Dを備えてもよい。

Claims (3)
- エンジンにより回転駆動される入力軸と、駆動車輪に連結される出力軸と、前記入力軸と平行に配置されて前記出力軸に連結される複数の中間軸と、前記入力軸と各中間軸の間に設けられてそれぞれ複数のギヤ対と切換クラッチからなる複数の歯車変速機構を備えてなる6組の前進変速ギヤ対を有する変速機において、
前記複数の中間軸は第1〜第4中間軸よりなるとともにその第1〜第3中間軸はそれぞれに一体的に設けられた減速小ギヤとこの各減速小ギヤと噛合する共通の減速大ギヤを介して前記出力軸に連結され、
前記複数の歯車変速機構は、前記第1中間軸と第4中間軸の間、前記入力軸と第2中間軸の間及び前記入力軸と第3中間軸の間にそれぞれ配置された第1〜第3歯車変速機構よりなり、
前記入力軸と第4中間軸は、それぞれに設けられた中間駆動ギヤ及び中間被動ギヤと、この両ギヤと噛合されるとともに前記第2中間軸または第3中間軸に回転自在に支持された中間遊転ギヤよりなり、かつ前記第1及び第2歯車変速機構と前記第1及び第2減速小ギヤとの間に配置された中間伝達ギヤ列を介して連結され、
前記第1〜第3歯車変速機構は、何れもそれぞれに対応する各2本の軸の間に設けられたそれぞれ2組の前進変速ギヤ対と、前記各2組の前進変速ギヤ対の間に設けられてそれらによる前記各2本の軸の間の動力伝達を切り換える第1〜第3切換クラッチよりなるとともに、前記第2歯車変速機構の2組の前進変速ギヤ対の各駆動ギヤと前記第3歯車変速機構の2組の前進変速ギヤ対の各駆動ギヤは、それぞれ前記入力軸に固定された共用のギヤとしたこと
を特徴とする6組の前進変速ギヤ対を有する変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の6組の前進変速ギヤ対を有する変速機において、
前記第3中間軸と平行に配置されるとともに前記減速大ギヤと噛合する後進減速小ギヤを介して前記出力軸に連結される後進中間軸をさらに備え、
前記複数の歯車変速機構はさらに後進歯車変速機構を備え、この後進歯車変速機構は前記入力軸と後進中間軸のそれぞれに設けられた後進駆動ギヤ及び後進被動ギヤとこの両ギヤと噛合されるとともに前記第3中間軸または第2中間軸に回転自在に支持された後進遊転ギヤよりなりかつ前記第3歯車変速機構と前記第3及び後進減速小ギヤとの間に配置された後進ギヤ列、並びに前記後進被動ギヤを前記後進中間軸に離脱可能に連結する後進切換クラッチよりなり、
前記中間駆動ギヤと前記後進駆動ギヤは前記入力軸に固定された共用のギヤとするとともに、前記後進切換クラッチは前記後進被動ギヤの前記後進減速小ギヤと反対側に配置したことを特徴とする6組の前進変速ギヤ対を有する変速機。 - 請求項2に記載の6組の前進変速ギヤ対を有する変速機において、前記変速機とエンジンは直列に配置されて互いに一体的に連結されたことを特徴とする6組の前進変速ギヤ対を有する変速機。
