Abstract

Claims (10)
- 患者(14)から患者データを取得するように構成された複数のセンサノード(16)と、
複数の定義済み通信フレーム(32)のための前記複数のセンサノード(16)と双方向ワイヤレス通信するゲートウェイ装置(20)であって、複数の周波数のそれぞれで前記複数のセンサノードにビーコンメッセージ(34)を送信するように構成されるゲートウェイ装置(20)と
を備えるワイヤレス患者監視システム(10)であって、
前記複数のセンサノード(16)がさらに、
前記ゲートウェイ装置(20)から前記ビーコンメッセージ(34)を受信し、
前記複数の周波数のそれぞれで、取得した患者データを前記ゲートウェイ装置(20)に送信する
ように構成されるワイヤレス患者監視システム(10)。 - 前記複数の周波数が、第1周波数および第2周波数を含む請求項1記載のワイヤレス患者監視システム(10)。
- 前記複数のセンサノード(16)がさらに、前記ビーコン信号(34)を受信するために前記第1周波数に同調し、前記第1周波数で送信される前記ビーコン信号(34)が所定の時間限度(44)内に受信されない場合に前記第2周波数に同調するように構成され、
前記ゲートウェイ装置(20)がさらに、前記患者データを受信するために前記第1周波数に同調し、前記患者データが所定の時間限度(44)内に受信されない場合に前記第2周波数に同調するように構成される請求項2記載のワイヤレス患者監視システム(10)。 - 前記ゲートウェイ装置(20)を制御するためのスーパーバイザゲートウェイ(29)をさらに備え、前記スーパーバイザゲートウェイ装置(29)が、前記第1周波数と前記第2周波数の少なくとも一方を、第1通信フレームと後続の通信フレームとの間で所定の量だけ前記ゲートウェイ装置(20)にシフトさせるように構成される請求項2記載のワイヤレス患者監視システム(10)。
- 前記複数のセンサノード(16)が、少なくとも第1センサノード(46)および第2センサノード(48)をさらに含み、前記第1センサノード(46)および前記第2センサノード(48)が、前記定義済み通信フレーム(32)のそれぞれの間にシーケンス順に患者データを送信する請求項2記載のワイヤレス患者監視システム(10)。
- 前記第1センサノード(46)が、前記第1周波数、次いで前記第2周波数で患者データを送信し、その後で、前記第2センサノード(48)が、前記第1周波数、次いで前記第2周波数で患者データを送信し、その後で、前記複数のセンサノード(16)内に追加のセンサノードがある場合、追加のセンサノードが、前記第1周波数、次いで前記第2周波数で患者データを送信し、前記ゲートウェイ装置(20)が、前記センサノード(16)のそれぞれの前記第1周波数と前記第2周波数の間の切替えと同期される請求項5記載のワイヤレス患者監視システム(10)。
- 前記第1センサノード(46)が、前記第1周波数、次いで前記第2周波数で患者データを送信し、その後で、前記第2センサノード(48)が、前記第1周波数、次いで前記第2周波数で患者データを送信し、その後で、前記複数のセンサノード(16)内に追加のセンサノードがある場合、追加のセンサノードが、前記複数のセンサ(16)内の前のセンサと逆の順序で、前記第1周波数および前記第2周波数で患者データを送信し、前記ゲートウェイ装置(20)が、前記第1周波数と前記第2周波数の間の切替えと同期される請求項5記載のワイヤレス患者監視システム(10)。
- 前記複数の定義済み通信フレーム(32)のそれぞれが、第1サブフレーム(54)および第2サブフレーム(56)をさらに含み、前記複数のセンサノード(16)のそれぞれが、前記第1サブフレーム(54)中に前記第1周波数で患者データを送信し、前記第2サブフレーム中に前記第1周波数(56)で患者データを送信する請求項2記載のワイヤレス患者監視システム(10)。
- 前記複数のセンサノード(16)がワイヤレス身体装着センサを備える請求項1記載のワイヤレス患者監視システム(10)。
- 前記ゲートウェイ装置(20)がワイヤレス身体装着装置を備える請求項1記載のワイヤレス患者監視システム(10)。
