Abstract
【解決手段】上方から供給された液体と下方から供給されたガスとを気液接触させて液中の不純分を除去するためのリアクタ3を備え、上記リアクタ3の内部に、網目部33がガス通過開口に形成され、それ以外の網部34が液流粉砕部に形成されて、液流を粉砕するとともにガスを通過させるメッシュ状の気液接触促進部材4が液体の流下方向を横切るように複数配置されている。

Claims (4)
- 上方から供給された液体と下方から供給されたガスとを気液接触させて液中の不純分を除去するための気液接触容器を備え、
上記気液接触容器の内部に、網目部がガス通過開口に形成され、それ以外の網部が液流粉砕部に形成されて、液流を粉砕するとともにガスを通過させるメッシュ状の気液接触促進部材が液体の流下方向を横切るように複数配置されていることを特徴とする液中の不純分除去装置。 - 上記メッシュ状の気液接触促進部材は、メッシュ状の網目部が一方向に延びる細長い形状で開口しており、上下に配置される気液接触促進部材同士において、網目の方向が揃わないように配置されている請求項1記載の液中の不純分除去装置。
- 上記気液接触促進部材の液流粉砕部は、液流が衝突する上側に、液流の流下方向に対する傾斜方向が異なる複数の傾斜部が設けられている請求項1または2記載の液中の不純分除去装置。
- 液体とガスとを気液接触させて液中の不純分を除去するための気液接触容器の内部に、網目部がガス通過開口に形成され、それ以外の網部が液流粉砕部に形成されて、液流を粉砕するとともにガスを通過させるメッシュ状の気液接触促進部材を液体の流下方向を横切るように複数配置し、
上記気液接触容器に上方から液体を供給するとともに下方からガスを供給して気液接触させて液中の不純分を除去することを特徴とする液中の不純分除去方法。
