Abstract

Claims (6)
- ブレード(125)の根元部(126)を囲むターボ機械ブレード用のシムにして、ブレード根元部の支承面をカバーする2つの枝部(114)と、これらの枝部(114)を相互に接続する基部(112)と、シム(110)の一端(110a)に配置されてブレード根元部に対してシムを保持するようにブレード根元部(126)と接触するのに適した少なくとも1つの保持要素とを備えるシムであって、その他端(110b)に、基部(112)から枝部(114)の反対方向に突出する少なくとも1つのフールプルーフ要素をさらに備えることを特徴とする、シム。
- フールプルーフ要素が、基部(112)のエッジ(112b)から突出し、枝部(114)の反対方向に折り曲げられた舌部(140)である、請求項1に記載のシム。
- フールプルーフ要素が、枝部(114)から離れる方向に向いた基部(112)の面上に配置された突起物である、請求項1に記載のシム。
- 保持要素が、枝部(114)の一方の又は基部(112)のエッジ(112a)から突出し、枝部(114)の間に位置するように折り曲げられた舌部(116)である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシム。
- 外周に凹部(122)があるロータディスク(121)と、前記凹部に根元部(126)を介して締結されたブレード(125)と、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシム(110)とを備え、各スペーサ(128)がシム(110)の基部(112)と凹部(122)の底部との間に配設されている、ターボ機械ロータアセンブリ。
- 請求項5に記載のロータアセンブリ(120)を含む、ターボ機械。
