Abstract

Claims (8)
- ガスタービンエンジンブレード根元シム(50)であって、
長手方向に延びるほぼ平坦な底面(52)と、末端の第1及び第2の長手方向に間隔を置いて配置された前端部及び後端部(72及び76)とを含む、ダブテール形状(51)を有するダブテールシム部分(87)と、
前記底面(52)から上向きに延びる、横方向に間隔を置いて配置された第1及び第2の壁(54及び64)と、
前記底面(52)内に設けられた、少なくとも2つの長手方向に延びる細長い底面開口部(90)と、
を含み、
前記底面開口部(90)の各々が、主領域(92)と長手方向に間隔を置いて配置された丸みのある端部領域(94)とを含む、
ことを特徴とするブレード根元シム(50)。 - 前記第1及び第2の壁(54及び64)が、
前記底面(52)から上向きに、かつ、該底面(52)から離れかつ互いから離れるような角度で延びる第1及び第2の下部分(56及び66)と、
それぞれ前記第1及び第2の下部分(56及び66)から上向きにかつ互いに向かって延びる第1及び第2の上部分(58及び68)と、
を有することを更に特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブレード根元シム(50)。 - 前記底面開口部(90)の主領域(92)が、ほぼ平行かつ直線状の開口部側部(98)を有することを更に特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のブレード根元シム(50)。
- 前記底面開口部(90)が、ドッグボーン状の底面開口部(95)であり、前記丸みのある端部領域(94)が、前記主領域(92)よりも幅広であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のブレード根元シム(50)。
- 前記底面開口部(90)が、丸みのある端部をもつ底面開口部(99)であり、前記丸みのある端部領域(94)が、前記主領域(92)の幅と同じ幅である幅(W)を有する半円形の丸みのある端部領域(102)であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のブレード根元シム(50)。
- 前記ダブテールシム部分(87)の前端部及び後端部(72及び76)において前記底面(52)内に設けられた前部及び後部スロット(74及び78)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のブレード根元シム(50)。
- 前記第1及び第2の壁(54及び64)の第1及び第2の下部分(56及び66)内に設けられた、それぞれ前記前部及び後部スロット(74及び78)における前記底面(52)から該第1及び第2の下部分(56及び66)の前部及び後部垂直シム端縁(104及び106)まで延びるカットバック(80)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のブレード根元シム(50)。
- 前記底面(52)からそれぞれ前記第1及び第2の壁(54及び64)の前記第1及び第2の下部分(56及び66)の1部を通って上向きに延びる、前記カットバック(80)の垂直方向カットバック端縁(82)と、
前記垂直方向カットバック端縁(82)に向かってほぼ長手方向かつ下向きに延びる、前記カットバック(80)の長手方向カットバック端縁(84)と、
前記長手方向カットバック端縁(84)と前記垂直方向カットバック端縁(82)との間に配置されたフィレット(86)と、
を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のブレード根元シム(50)。
